Godfathers Pizza — Restaurant in East Staffordshire

Very greasy but cheaper than most popular big chain on the same side of town. Sometimes you end up with upset stomach but mostly fine. I would say don't feed your kids with their food. Unfortunately they not only put prices up recently (so not so competitive anymore and they don't tell you until you pay on collection or delivery), also customer service is awful. I ordered my usual (I order once or twice a week from here, usually weekend with friends) and pizza has been delivered without any sauces which normally come as a set of 3 sauces. When I rang (30 secs after driver left) I have been told it's my fault and I should say when I place the order that I want them as some customers don't want them. Well I switched to this place over year ago and always order one set of pizzas and I never had this problem before. I waited for delivery an hour and I have been told they can drop of some sauce next time when they are in neighbourhood. When I said pizza will get stone cold in one hour (minimum waiting time) I have been told again this is my fault. I politely informed guy on the phone I will not order again from here as they don't respect customers, which he said he doesn't care. So rude!!! They are looking for saving on small pot of sauce which is worth less than 10pi. Disgusting, especially as I was leaving them about £100 a month....

the workers are quite rude, just called to make an order and the worker told me the delivery was gonna be 1 hour and 45 minutes and ive asked him why n he said in a tone “what do you mean why” and ive asked him why the delivery was gonna take that long cs am i insane or something but thats not a normal delivery time and he put the phone down on me?!?!?! and furthermore the pizza is rank like it looks fire but the tomato sauce just tastes really strange and the cheese on the pizza was like it was overcooked it was just hard?????? But the only things that are fire is the cheese fries and the chicken strips and their GARLIC MAYO like ive never had such a nice garlic mayo in my life i wish i could buy a bottle of it n i dont even like garlic...

Ordered to st georges park, handed the driver my cash for the order as they dont take card over the phone, instantly gave me the cash back saying they were fake notes, very embarrassing infront of people when the driver clearly doesn't have a clue, then after getting the notes checked with the front desk at st georges, they confirmed the notes were real. I gave it to the driver and he left without giving us the change! Cheeky!

Called up godfathers to complain, the guy who answered was useless didnt get an apology so here i am!
