JUST AVOID.

Ordered a Monday night takeaway through JustEat.

Delivery was well over an hour later than expected. I called to inquire where our order was, it arrived 5 mins after that, cold, and with one of the main items (kebab) missing.

Another call back to the restaurant and they were less than helpful in even attempting to rectify anything. First they said they would send the kebab out but it would take over an hour which wasn't good enough. We then asked for a full refund due to all the issues which was flat out refused.

Just don't bother with this place, we certainly won't ever order...

I recently ordered food from your restaurant, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Chicken Tikka Wrap, but instead, I received a Nuggets Wrap, which is not what I asked for.

Additionally, I noticed that the food was prepared without using gloves, which is very concerning from a hygiene perspective.

I paid the full amount, but the food I received was neither what I ordered nor of acceptable quality. This mistake was very upsetting for me, and I hope such issues will not happen again in the future.

Please look into this...

I really dont like writing bad reviews because I appreciate the human work. But in this case, I am very disappointed. My order was wrong. Nothing was right, you made me wait twice, you didn't even offer me to eat the wrong order. I was hungry and angry waiting for my order to arrive. The food was ok and you fixed your mistake.
