Ā£26 waste
Placed an order on uber eats and the order was not being accepted by the shop even after 5 minutes. I contacted the shop and they at fist said that the order did not come trough and i explained that the money has already left my account, he then found the order and said that the bubble tea and the kanafe for the brownie was not in stock so i said to cancel the order since they didnāt have half of it and i will replace an order with something different. He said thatās okay and that he will cancel it and refund me. We decided to go down to the shop to see what they had in stock and i told him the order was not canceled on the app, he then said āoh yes we are unable to cancel it so you will have toā i explained that uber wonāt let me since the order was already placed and he called his manager and explained the situation to which the managers response was that they had kanafe in the back but no bubble tea so i swapped it with a milkshake. After waiting for 10 minutes he informed me they had no brownie so i could either get fudge cake or another chocolate option. I opted for the fudge cake. After another 10 minutes we finally got our order.
When we got home the waffle was missing the strawberries it was supposed to have and only had banana and chocolate, it was crunchy not even crispy on the edges and undercooked in the middle, disappointing for the price and time we waited.
As for the kanafe fudge cake, it was dry and overly sweet and the kanafe was just āslapped onā. As for the milkshake and mojito they where okay.

When I walked in, the lady at the counter (possibly the owner, wearing glasses) took my order for a Ferrero milkshake. I didnāt specify the size, and she mentioned sheād check the cup sizes available in stock. She then charged me Ā£6.45, which matched the price of a large milkshake on the menu above the counter.
However, when she handed me the drink, it was clearly a regular (medium) size. When I questioned this, she confirmed it was a medium and claimed she had to charge an extra £1 for a milkshake (talking rubbish), despite the menu above her showing that a regular Ferrero milkshake costs £5.45. Instead of apologizing or addressing the issue, she began justifying the overcharge with unclear and nonsensical explanations.
This left me feeling scammed. Itās unacceptable to charge customers incorrectly and fail to resolve the situation professionally.
Charging unfair prices is no way to run a business, and Iād rather give my money to someone in need than be...

Quick version staff unsure on menu, custard and cake (apple crumble) came cold, milkshake awful flavourless like water, Waited over two-and-a-half hours ordered at 8 was told 1 hour due to location after a big fuss about weather it could come to me at all. When I called chasing my order I was told it was late as they had orders come in after me that went out before mine. After chasing my order I was told it had left and be 10 minutes 40 minutes later it unfortunately arrived. If I was told it was going to be as late as it was and not promised it would be a hour I wouldn't have ordered. Fruits looked old, order wrong, Delivery driver and mate messing around shouting at each other late at night avoid.
Was offered replacement items by manager but not worth the wait.
If we are out of your delivery area why do you have advertising literally on my street. Why when I first called would you say yes only to be a problem after placing a £50 order and giving my address it was difficult enough ordering with staff having confusion...
