An all gluten free bakery with a selection of sweet and savoury bakes. The coffee and hot chocolate were delicious. The raspberry brownie and blueberry&white chocolate tart were a good choice You pay more if you sit in. That said, it's a very small place and we had to wait for a table. There are 2 tables seating 2 people and 4 people and a window table with 3 barstools. Having a coeliac in our family, this was a must during our visit to Southwold.

We were visiting Lowestoft, but I wanted somewhere coeliac-safe to have breakfast, so we made a trip to Jakery Bakery. Totally worth it! Breakfast was delicious, and the bits we bought to take away with us were delightful. My family all ate there as well and enjoyed everything as much as they would have if it had gluten in it. Just really great food, and amazing coffee. Definitely visit if you're even remotely close by.

A great little bakery serving a huge variety of gluten free cakes, pastries, toasties and snacks. I had a sausage roll made with locally sourced pork-delicious! Jake who served us was lovely and made a superb coffee too! Highly recommended...only a couple if small tables inside but they do offer takeaway as well. A fine addition to Southwold.

My wife and I were visiting Southwold and fancied a bit of lunch. We passed many promising looking eateries but didn't see anything suitable as we are both gluten intolerant. At the end of town, we happened across Jakery Bakery and were pleasantly surprised to see that everything they offered was gluten-free. It is a small place and we had the dog with us but there was a table outside where we could sit. I was going to have a toastie, but greed got the better of me, so I ordered that plus a cheese scone and a sausage roll! All were excellent, as was the service from the very welcoming staff, and we both left with full bellies. We'll definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in...

Accidentally ate a little thing I had left from elsewhere as my sister ordered here. I was told at my last bit I couldn’t eat it there. Sister got brought food and the staff started shouting at us and calling us ‘bitches’ and also had seen them watching us from the kitchen laughing at us. They also were shouting. No wonder the cafe was empty- the staff are incredibly rude. They could have quietly asked me politely to not eat but the shouting and swearing and nastiness was unnecessary. Ended up going back in for a refund as I was convinced they’d spat into her food. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR...

Loved popping into Jakery Bakery today to grab a quick lunch. I tried their Cauliflower and Chickpea soup which was delicious plus I had the Ginger stem cake which was really tasty. I am a coeliac and knowing this place is 100% Gluten Free was a really great reassurance. Plus the food is delicious. You wouldn't even have to be gluten free to go, it would be tasty for anyone but also caters to vegetarians and vegans. The atmosphere was small but cosy and dog friendly. The staff were super helpful and answered all my questions! Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area...
