We had a superb meal here. Four of us chose 4 different fish main courses (there was chicken & steak on menu, too). We had hake, gurnard, mussels & sardines. Each cooked exactly right - not over cooked & with good accompanyments & sauces. The family who run it are steady and authentic. They are a Portuguese family with real culinary skills who have lived in Mevagissey for 20 years. It is all high quality & very fresh local produce and great value. We also had a lovely sparkling Portuguese Rose wine somewhat dry, that I have not seen elsewhere.
