I donât often write reviews. Like so many people I mean to, but I donât get around to it. Iâm getting around to this review because itâs very important. All the staff at Billâs Kitchen are absolutely lovely, they remember you, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There is one member of staff in particular whoâs always so animated, and shows genuine interest in the people who come in. He looks after us and finds out how we are; most importantly, he remembers when we tell him. He doesnât just make sure he learns everyoneâs name, he also makes an effort to pronounce them correctly. Won't be coming here again, not welcoming at all. Didn't even say hello before berating my...
