Reply to restaurant 5/12: The thing was that we finished our starter and waited 45 minutes for our main dishes. Your waitress even didn’t ask starter served first or together with main dishes. I don’t believe it was a cultural difference as you mentioned. Please stop using it as an excuse to cover the missing order and the unreasonable waiting time, especially when they only served two tables. To be honest, I really don’t want others suffering the same experience like us. Hope this could be finally addressed.

We ordered the raw king prawn salad, Thai stir-fried noodles, and green curry rice. It was kinda frustrating because even though we got there before another table, their food came out first just because they went for a simpler curry, but we ordered green curry too, but we had to wait 45 minutes, and guess what? The prawn salad was missing. No way that salad needed that long to cook, right? So, we decided to skip it.

And the food quality? Total disaster. The stir-fried noodles were way too sweet for my taste. Couldn’t handle it. And the chicken in the green curry? Super bland and chewy. Left all the chicken on the plates. My son had a chocolate ice cream, one single scoop, and the waitress still double-checked with us when bringing it.

When we paid the bill with £70 cash for around £58.xx total, they messed up the change – gave us just £1.xx. I had to tell them we paid £70, and they finally corrected it. Imagine, only two tables, but it took forever and so many mistakes. Good luck if you’re thinking about...

6 of us ate here 16/08/25. We ordered starters ,main course and drinks. Firstly, we noted all the menu prices had increased dramatically compared to the website. Our starters were generally ok, very generic and mostly cooked from frozen. Any sauces etc were miniscule. Our lady guest asked for a simple tonic water but waited 20 minutes for it. She ordered a chicken salad at nearly £14, a main course portion, she also asked no chillies. It arrived on a side plate, we enquired it was to be a main course, to be told that it was. It was embarrassingly small, unfortunately they put chillies in and it was inedible. Another ordered a duck dish, similar price, again a frazzled up bit of duck on a few crispy noodles. My partner had Pad Thai seafood, we had almost finished before it arrived, the seafood was so overcooked and rubbery, we kept asking where it was. I ordered Tom Yam soup beef, it came in a toureen with a ladle, no bowl or spoon. It was supposed to be a creamy texture from their description. It was acidic, chillified water with a few floating mushrooms and awful, I had to order some side noodles to make it edible, I left it. Cutlery was an issue the whole evening, there were no condiments whatsoever. We had travelled all day for a birthday celebration, we were hungry and we just ate what we could, paid and left. One young girl, she seemed new, was lovely but anyone else didn't want to know. A classic case of, we have a tourist market so this will do them. I have eaten Thai all over the country and further a field, this...

First I'll start with the atmosphere what atmosphere? I had to put some atmospheric music from my phone using YouTube playing Thai restaurant music after waiting 10 or 15 minutes with nobody coming upstairs to serve us. Then after we waited some more time to Wiz by, I had to go downstairs to ask somebody how you get service in this place. Thankfully because I had to do that which I shouldn't have had to do in the first place a gent come upstairs to ask us all finally what we want. This transpired for quite a bit more time to pass by where we were all hungry thirsty and tired.. tired of waiting too... As another reviewer has put where do all the positive reviews come from especially after we saw two people who came after us getting their drinks first and a lot sooner than we finally did. Munching into their food holding their glasses of lager... I am seriously not sorry to say we will not be going back anytime in the future because first impressions count for much...... Sorry guys we know where to go for quicker service for a nice Indian. And the food did taste quite nice even though our friend Mike who was the one who wanted to check you guys out in the first place did say say he wouldn't give more than three stars out of 10. We hope you do something better for your customers service and you take this review...

Had a lovely lunch at this friendly Thai restaurant. It's a bit away from the main shopping area and seafront, on a side street just a couple of minutes walk from the railway station. I was welcomed with a traditional Thai greeting from a charming and friendly lady as soon as I entered. The restaurant itself was cosy and welcoming, filled with beautiful Thai ornaments, artwork and flower arrangements, soft and comfy leather seating, and relaxing music. It was also very clean, and there was hand sanitiser near the entrance. More seating and toilets upstairs. I chose from the set lunch menu, two courses with a soft drink included in the price (had the ginger ale). The Tom Kha soup with mushrooms, made with coconut milk and lots of herbs, had a lovely aromatic flavour without being too spicy. The stir-fried ginger, with big chunks of tender chicken, served with jasmine rice, was medium spicy, well cooked, and satisfying without being too filling. Finished with jasmine tea served in a decorative elephant teapot. Very attentive service from the waitress throughout my meal. An enjoyable lunch from start to finish, and reasonably priced at £15.30. The free mint imperial offered to me when I paid my bill was a nice little extra! Would definitely come again.

I am extremely mad with this restaurant. I made reservation at 18:45 and arrived at 18:40. I still had to queue for 40 minutes to get a place. What is more unacceptable is, a group of 4 who booked 19:00 table went directly to a table without queuing. I questioned about this and they told me they jump the queue because they booked it a week ago, how does that can be an excuse of jumping the queue? Finally I got a table at 7:20, made the order and wait 30 minutes for our first drink, another 30 minute for food. I just ordered a curry, a stir-fry crispy pork and a toast, how the hell it took a hour to prepare? Even my grandma cooking faster than you! For food, milk tea was bland, curry was thin like water, crispy pork was not crispy at all! Could you believe these cost me 40 pound?
