Caffè Nero — Restaurant in England

A nice large Caffe Neros in a prime location within the stunning town of Dorchester that sell a wide range of hot & cold beverages as well as sandwiches & panini's plus other hot snacks & some delicious looking cakes.

I visited this Caffe Neros twice this week whilst visiting locally & on my 1st visit I got served by a nice young lady who unfortunately couldn't seem to grasp what drink I wanted, even though it was just a simple large cappuccino with an extra shot to drink in, I lost count of how many questions I was asked but then after finding a table & taking a seat my drink ended up far too weak, tepid & full of foam, but luckily on my 2nd visit I got served by a very polite older man who made my flat white to perfection, I also has a slice of the tiramisu that was absolutely delicious which is why I look forward to returning at...

I visited for the first time yesterday whilst shopping in Dorchester. I was met by a very cheerful server who was very knowledgeable about coffee and helped me to decide what it was that I wanted.

It was so refreshing to be served by someone who clearly loves what they do, and it made for a really nice experience.

I was so impressed, I asked his name (AJ) as all too often we are quick to complain and write reviews when something hasn’t been to our liking. But…outstanding Customer Service should be rewarded.

Relatively new coffee establishment in Dorchester town centre. All clean and tidy, as you'd expect for a newly installed coffee chain. Quicker staff than the other coffee chain competitors in the same street. Lots of plug and usb sockets for those electronically working while getting rehydrated with their drinks. Looks quite good and a wide selection of food and beverages. 5 star rating would have been attained if it wasn't for the number of tables that were in need...
