Great place to eat solo or with friends

I had toasted teacake a decaf iced cappuccino, which was delicious!

It was served in a glass tumbler, and I looked amazing with sprinkles!!

The barista brought my teacake over when it was ready, so I didn't have to stand around waiting at the counter

The shop was clean and tidy, staff were cleaning as customers were leaving

It was nice to see staff having the time and professional ethos to maintain a clean and healthy environment

I used the bathroom. It was clean and tidy and all on one level, so easy access

I would highly recommend nero over another leading high street...

I had the pleasure of being served by a really lovely young boy at the café today, and he absolutely made my visit. He was polite, cheerful, and so attentive—something you don’t always see, especially in someone so young. He took the time to make sure everything was just right, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making people feel welcome.
