Beautiful little cafe, small piece of Italy in the heart of skipton ! This was recommended to me by a friend and didn’t fail to deliver An Italian family run business with friendly staff and excellent service , Laura our waitress was very accommodating with the children Wonderfully family friendly ambiance. Toilets are super clean with baby changing facilities Great selection of cakes and drinks including hot drinks and fresh fruit smoothies! I would recommended the carrot cake and lemon and ginger which was delicious we’ll be coming again soon ! First visit to skipton but we’ll be back also note walking distance there is the castle and cabal where you can rent a boat up to Liverpool and also feed the ducks which my son loved

Large milkshake cost £4.25 in March, now they're £5.95!! I wasn't aware the United Kingdom was rationing milk ffs. (In fact, I just realised I didn't even order a large this time, so what the hell?! And I've just been to London where milkshakes were only £4 for a large at a much posher café...) Then there was a half hour wait for a bloody TOASTIE with no apology! Café wasn't even half full so no excuse. I ordered a brownie expecting a cold brownie, it arrived warmed up with cream on it. I didn't want nor was told it would be served that way. Card machine barely worked either. Will not be back.

I cannot recommend this cafe enough. On arrival with our little one in his pram, the door was opened for us and we were offered a table with plenty of room so we could feed him. The staff could not do enough for us. So friendly and helpful. The coffee is very nice, especially the flat white. I couldn't resist the nice cakes on offer too. The squidgy lemon cake was lovely. It was table service too which was nice. I will be calling back to try some of the cooked food

Went here with someone from a Visually impaired charity as I myself am Visually impaired (and was wearing a sunflower lanyard at the time of the incident), we were in a rush trying to catch a bus but desperately needed the loo, I did not see the sign saying customers only as the writing was too small for me to read… The man who confronted us was rude and passive aggressive, he tried to intimidate us by standing in front of the exit and did not let us explain our situation (even though we tried to). He was plain nasty from the very beginning, if he had approached use politely and explained that we shouldn’t have used the loo without asking we would have been more than happy to buy something but he did not, he instead had the audacity to have a go at us about manners whilst being extremely horrid himself. Would not recommend even stepping foot in such a place! This place needs to educate themselves on invisible disabilities and basic human decency both of which they...

My friend and I popped into this cafe today, we went straight to the toilets with the plan of having a coffee afterwards to calm our nerves before a funeral. As we were leaving the toilets, a short, bald, male employee cornered us and passive aggressively shouted that we owed him 20p for using the toilets, then aggressive poked a sign saying this is not a public toilet. This man did not give us chance to explain and when I told him we were heading to a funeral, he did not even care. This man stood in front of us, blocking all exits in attempt to intimidate us. He then had the audacity to over charge me by 10p!! Extremely poor service - we will never be returning and advise anyone else to stay away, unless you liked to be treated in...
