My dog hasn't had a proper groom since she was a puppy as she is not very confident with new people. I was also very nervous about booking her in somewhere but as a regular visitor to the Hebden Bridge cafe, Jade convinced me that everything would be fine and she was absolutely right! I got a message before my groom where I could add notes about how it would be best for my dog when we arrived and they treated her to some beef jerky which really helped her settle in. I also got an amazing iced coffee whilst my dog was being groomed and would definitely recommend. Ella was amazing with my dog and gave her the space and time she needed to settle in. I won't pretend she enjoyed having a wash and a blow dry, but she made the best of a bad situation and still managed to try give Ella a kiss half way through! Post wash and dry we were allowed to commandeer the whole downstairs where she promptly got the zoomies every time Ella tried to brush her! It really put me at ease that she had the space to settle in and make friends which made the whole situation more enjoyable. We will definitely be back to see Ella, and take advantage of all the add ons available now I'm confident my girl will be very well looked after! Thanks so much Jade for convincing me and Ella for doing an amazing job. I would recommend to take advantage of being able to contact the team directly if you do have any concerns as it means they can prepare ahead of time and respect any boundaries your dog needs to settle in, it made the whole process so much smoother and...

Found it expensive for the size of the cake servings. Also my dog was stressed by the traffic, that's why we decided to go into the cafe. As she went in she pooed on the floor. I was truly embarrassed but accidents happen. I informed the owner straight away and apologised but she didn't take it well. I offered to clear it but she said she would sort it. Considering it's a dog cafe, I think they could of been a bit politer about it.. It was our first visit, we had come all the up from Bristol to visit family and they'd mentioned the cafe and had suggested we go in and try it.

*Thank you for replying, I really appreciate it. I did forget to say the cake was amazingly tasty and I did like the addition of Greek yoghurt with the cake. I just thought for the amount of money the portion size was very small. In Bristol you can get a decent slice of homemade cake for less than ÂŁ3. Next time we come up to Skipton we will try again and I'll put Emme into her dog Mobil... My nan comes in all the time with her shih tzus Rowan and ebony and raves about your...

Went to Kibble with my dog for the first time on 22nd Feb, we both really enjoyed it. I was with my family who were visiting from down south and we were immediately directed downstairs where we could all easily sit together and there was plenty of space for my big dog too. My dogs needs were met with something being offered to put on the ground so he would lay down as I was silly enough to forget his "settle" blanket. I also loved the fact there was. I gate in the downstairs area meaning I could relax if he got up and wondered about. The food was lovely, my dog had a bacon pup cake and a pupspresso, I went for the pancakes which the staff happily adjusted to meet my requirements as a vegetarian, and other family members chose various breakfast items. The presentation was lovely, including my dogs "meal", the way the drinks were served was great, paticularly the tea and the service was quick and friendly. I would absolutely recommend visiting here to all of my "doggie" friends and will definitely be returning in...

Lovely little place which i stumbled on one day walking through Skipton just looking for a dog friendly cafe but then found they provided a grooming service too! There was definitely something different about this place which grabbed my attention and so decided to put my trust in the staff when booking my little fur baby in for a groom who i usually do myself due to his anxiety. He looks absolutely fabulous and was well looked after. There were lots of photos of beautiful doggies and the staff were really friendly. The decor and style of the place is brilliant. It has a real quirky feel. I can't speak for the food although my fur baby enjoys his jerky with an edge. I have had coffee and cake and will definitely be sampling some of the menu when I return. If i could make a recommendation, it would be too have a little photo area for the pampered pooches. All round really good place â˜ș

Food and drinks were tasty, well presented and reasonably priced, including food for dogs (e.g. pupcakes and dog ice cream) Environment was cosy and relaxed. One thing we really liked was the small hook you can attach your dog's lead to. This just meant eating human food was a little easier! Really accomodating for dogs. We were given a rug while there were also towels available. Staff were really friendly and easy going, even when our mucky pup got muddy paws on the new cushions! While we took our dog, there were four other occupied tables, with only one of them having a dog, making it a great place for humans and doggos alike. It's certainly great to be able to sit down and eat food in such a relaxed environment, with friendly staff who are happy to have a dog in the cafe. Will definitely be going back, with or without our dog!
