Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Snotty green haired girl needs some customer service training, talked at me and then was flippant about my answer to her question "do you want cream?" I said "however it comes" (it is shown photographed with cream, so pointed to the pic and figured that is default). Then her colleague must have asked her if I wanted cream and she just shrugged and said "I dunno, he said: "aS iT cOmEs"💁🏼‍♀️ as if I couldn't hear her and I was five years old... sort it out! Update: She has been on her best behaviour of late, until today, I ordered a latte and a bottle of Coke, "anything else?", I mentioned the Coke to make sure she had seen it (as it was taken to the counter by myself from the chiller cabinet) rather than given to me, she then barked "I know!, ANY OTHER HOT DRINKS!" I go there (foolishly) to relax and grab a coffee, not to be sat at the table reeling after her lack of customer service skills... such a shame she's in such a stressful job🎻, if she...

every time i’ve been to this costa, the staff has been abrupt and rude - went recently and was told angrily by a female employee to sit down. while at the counter the same employee turned from another customer to say to another member of staff “i can’t hear her” in a really impolite manner. was told in a very short way last year that “we close at 5:30” midway ordering my drink when i came in at the back end of 4pm. on more than one occasion my drink has not been made correctly = one of them being a caramel iced latte made with just milk and ice, no coffee. there’s a general rudeness/curtness with the staff that may not be intentional but makes the trip...

The lady working on the coffee machine was very rude, she has stretchers in her ears and looks glum? She was disgusting towards my mum, she ordered a hot chocolate and wanted cream on it, this was put across from the till to the lady on the coffee machine but she forgot the cream so my mum politely asked for the cream and before my mum could get her words out she shouted "PLEASE" (my mam was about too) then she proceeded to shout "I hate this place, I'm sick of it". She shouldn't be working there if she hates it so much, she's rude and purely glum!.
