Visited Costa Torbay Road on afternoon of Wednesday 22nd July 2020. Young lady's warm and friendly manner made for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Shame I did not note her name but I did tell her I intend to give a positive review based on my experience.

Update. Attended the same venue on 22/07/21 with family. A year to date from previous visit by some strange coincidence. We attended around 5.45 pm.. The shop was due to close shortly. Both lady members of staff were very friendly. They made us feel really welcome and under no pressure to leave. Beside the wonderful sea view, this is the best Costa we have visited by far. Excellent customer service....
