Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Went in this afternoon with daughter bought to pepsi cokes and sat opposite the cold drinks and sandwich fridges. Half way through our drinks, a man came up with an air canister blow lots of air into the vents, dust went every where cakes wasn't covered and my daughter and have asthma. Set my asthma off and my daughters, I did complain and got a sorry the he did the same with other coffee and machines ECT. Im Sure It's a health and safety issue . Food not covered tell after the event and customers sat in the cafe. Surley you should wait tell near closing time. Fuming and cakes must be contaminated...

Really helpful friendly staff, considering this is a very busy place, only let down was the disabled toilets where not up to a standard that you would expect, more so considering the current climate, COVID ect. Yes the staff are very busy but keeping things clean and sanitary should never be a second thought. Still worth a visit while your busy shopping, just as a after thought if you have drove here and parked be aware there is a limit on parking and they will fine you within mins of the limit so be careful and...
