Asked a simple question but was met with a obnoxious I know everything attitude, which if the assistant had actually listened to my question, I then wouldn't of immediately had to return this item. I expected this though which is why I asked my original question. Granted there was so confusion about whether this product existed or not hence the reason again for asking this original question. the supervisor then insisted to show me how to plug a 3.5mm audio jack into a 3.5mm hole as if he were explaining to a child how to fit the square in the square hole. this was frankly where my patience was lost. I have worked in retail for over a decade and this was by far the worst display of customer service I have ever seen from both an assistant and their supervisor, this would not be acceptable in the companies I have worked for and it certainly was not how I trained my staff to ever operate and I am more than confident this is not how Game train their staff. I will be emailing their head office about this interaction because it was genuinely a very poor handling of a situation that could of been easily avoided if the assistant had paid enough attention in the first place. Read moreI have had a problem with this place the last 3 times I have been in. 1st time I ordered nba 2k19 on black Friday it said it would be ready to be picked up the day after I ordered it, it took another 3 days after said delivery date and to add to that when I picked it up it was suppose to come with 75,000 virtual points which where not with it. The 2nd time I went in to buy some fifa 19 fifa points for a family member for Xmas. I picked up the ticket for the fifa points but when the said family member tried to claim them on Microsoft store the person behind the counter had put fifa 18 points on the card instead of fifa 19 and Microsoft would not do anything to help and then finally today I was queing in the boxing day sales for a game I wanted (crash bandicoot) which was on display in the shop after queing for a good 20mins I got to the front of the que to be told that they don't have any in stock but I can get a pre owned one in store for £27 even though a brand new one is only on sale for £25. Read moreRecently just bought some pokemon packs from there. Never even batted an eye lid when the lady handed me the packs. From the counter. That were in the shelf thing at the till. Got home and they were extremely puffed up with air and the bottom of the packs were opening up like they had already been opened up and resealed.
