Upon arriving at Creams, we were very excited as all desserts looked amazing. 2 adults and 2 children under 5. All table's were full so we decided to wait for the next table as no other people were waiting. We was approached by a very rude staff member who told us abruptly were full, we explained we was happy to wait for for the next available table, he just walked off without a reply. After about 10 min later the little ones were getting restless so we decided we would do takeout as they was happy with an ice cream. We asked over the counter to be told yes just join the que to order then wait at the takeout area. We got down to the front of the que to be greeted by the first staff member who abruptly asked what we was doing. We explained we was going to just order 2 single ice creams and take them out. He abruptly told us well you will have to wait 30 minutes as he has to serve all the tables first. I explained we didnt want anything like waffles, pancakes or milkshakes just 2 scoops of icecreams. Again very abruptly we got a reply well you will have to wait 30 minutes we have ppl before you for table service. We just let stunned and shocked that they had a takeaway service and all we was after was 2 cones or scoopes of icecream. They were plenty of staff behind the counter and the second staff member who told us to que was happy to serve us but clearly the first staff member was having a bad day. We left very disappointed with two upset children. No photos as clearly you didn't want us to enjoy your...

We went to Blackpool on a day trip and wanted some ice cream. I was extremely disappointed by Cream Cafe. The lady behind the counter asked if we were eating in or taking out whilst we were considering flavours, we took a moment longer to reply and just as we were about to reply she repeated herself. This was unnecessarily loud and in a rude manner as if we did not understand her. We had to promptly make our choice and then pay.

This is the worst part. We paid in cash and she returned our change in five 10p coins rather than a single 50p, this was seemingly done out of pettiness from the earlier interaction rather than a shortage of 50p coins. We assume this as she did not explain why our change was given in such an inconvenient form.

Lastly the ice cream we bought was the rocher chocolate, it was simply put one of the worst ice creams we have tasted. It was grainy with minimal chocolate flavour and none of the smooth texture high quality ice cream has. Ice cream from any supermarket would cost a fraction of the price and would taste far better.

I am extremely disappointed by this experience and would strongly discourage any prospective customers from...

I took my daughter for a retreat after we been in town with been passed before and it looked really nicer. The venue was lovely and the staff were very helpful I asked a member of staff some crayons for my daughter he said he didn’t have any paper for children at the moment but he will print some off which was really nice of him. The quality of the food and the drinks was really good and my daughter and I really enjoyed it. The only thing I think could be improved on is when you come in there is like a menu station when you first come in which gives you the impression that you have to wait to be seated but you don’t but there’s nothing to communicate that so you end up waiting there and the staff don’t come and see you do you get your own seat but this could be quite frustrating because you’re waiting and you feel like you’re being slightly ignored if there was a sign maybe saying seat yourself that would stop that. But on the whole I found the experience good food was good and the staff...

Popped in for a coffee but loved the food that was coming out. Had to try it. My family had 4 desserts and they were all great. Reasonably priced and tasted amazing. Busy too. Child seats were available. Downstairs toilet too with disabled access. Top place to stop. Very clean and tidy. Can tell the place is newly refurbished. Will return. Now returned so revising my original review. I came with my family of 10 and the lower seating area was full but the upper level was closed. We asked if we could go upstairs to the upper seating area but was told no its closed and we cant open it for you. What was on my previous visit a great place I would now not return as the attitude and customer service is clearly now not consistent to our prior visit. Maybe others will have a better experience but they just lost over £150 from our visit.

What to say about Creams. It was the first time I went as friends had said it was really nice so decided for my birthday to try it out with them. The choice is overwhelming and it took me a while to figure out what I wanted but the guy serving was very kind and didn't mind. This is a place you definitely want to go to for a treat not sure if i could eat it all the time. The place was clean apart from the smashed window in the front of the building. Would highly recommend shame they aren't in Plymouth. Ice cream was lovely and the crepes made fresh as well. Thoroughly enjoyed. 8 had crepe with salted caramel and the ice cream milkshake was coffee. Yummy
