Custom House Cafe — Restaurant in England

What can I say other than AWESOME!! I eat with my eyes like many people an from the moment you get outside custom house cafe you know it's going to be clean, friendly an the food is going to be top quality! An inside was decorated modern an fresh, an excellent first impression!! We had 2 x latte came with a little side bikkie, an I loved how the sugar was in cubes an inside little demi jars, the menu was simple but effective, nothing worse that a ton of items on a menu, can be a bit off putting, staff were excellent an attentive to making sure we had the best experience there. Breakfast came an it was beautifully presented, with a small green garnish on it, an just the right size for us ( the custom breakfast 1xbacon, 1x sausage, 1x egg, half tomato, beans, mushrooms, toast 2x hash browns Toast was done lovely an was a bloomer slice, the tomato( which I'm not usually keen on a fresh tomato) but this tomato was delicious an so flavor some , you could definitely tell it was quality produce, an the egg when I cut into it an the yolk ran out it was an lovely orange colour, which again is quality, bacon an sausage was also delicious also. Prices are reasonable, to be honest I would have paid more because of the quality of food! This was my first visit to see kieth an his staff an it definitely won't be my last! Looking forward to hotter weather when I will take the opportunity to take advantage of their out door seating, an have breakfast overlooking the picturesque Weymouth Harbour! The most racist and incompetent staff I’ve come across. Service non existent, the worst flat white I’ve had. It was simply a white Americano when asked the staff if it was a flat white, their response was yes. Misleading and dishonest.

Being a father of a little girl myself, I have never called a female a B and would never even consider calling someone that. You can come out and say whatever you like to make yourself feel and look better in front of the world. You can clearly see from your response how customers based you are… You didn’t not even bother to address the main issues with this review: racist staff, incompetent and not customer friendly. Want to give 5 stars because the food was nice and overall the service was ok, but we were put off going back after simply asking for no mushrooms with my breakfast!! The menu states that when it's busy they don't do plate adjustments - fine, so given we were the only two customers in there I thought I'd ask if it would be ok for my breakfast to not have mushrooms, only to be condescendingly told they don't do menu changes. I said the menu states 'when busy' and she just shrugged her shoulders, fortunately the chef overheard and told us that would be fine, so crisis and mushrooms averted but such a simple request when the cafe has zero customers in should be handled differently.
