Domino's Pizza - Bridgwater — Restaurant in England

Food was reasonable: The garlic bread had far too much corn dust on the bottom, giving it a nasty gritty texture whilst eating it. The garlic bread had a large bubble in the centre un-popped, leaving the centre of it dry with no garlic butter, cheese or tomato sauce on it, making it rather dry to eat. The medium pizza topped with pepperoni, jalapeños and mushrooms was very centre loaded. When eating it, the toppings all slipped off making it awkward to eat. The crust was pretty good, only parts of it with sauce spillages on it preventing it from rising. The potato wedges were delicious. I asked for them to be twice cooked and they were. Top notch there.

Oven tender needs to sort bubbles out, spoils the pizzas and garlic bread. Pizzas need to be checked before they enter the over for quality control to make sure they are topped correctly making them evenly spaced and not centre loaded.

Was a tasty meal. Just needs some tweaking to make it exceptional. Makes a nice meal into a...

We usually go here to get our pizzas and they are always really tasty and good quality.

However on our last order one of our pizzas had swapped the sauce for cheese sauce but was given the standard sauce without an explanation ruining the pizza.

This is annoying because when you order a pizza you are paying for a certain list of ingredients and so as the customer you expect these ingredients as otherwise you are paying for food you're not receiving.

We weren't offered anything instead of the topping being replaced or even an apology. It's not the end of the world but it's not hard to expect to receive what you are paying for as otherwise our money is being wasted.

Ps. Also did not receive chicken on my pizza... so I'm now even more displeased with the service (no of apology and reconciliation) and quality (not receiving TWO ingredients...

Ordered a Vegi Supreme pizza without mushrooms and received one with ham on it. They managed to pick up on the "no mushroom" part which makes me think this may have been done intentionally. Not happy as I'm a vegetarian for religious reasons.

Order was made late at night 30 mins before closing and by the time I got back home and checked I didnt have time to go back as due to the road closure you have to park far away and it takes 15 mins just to get there from where I am. No-one picked up the phone either.

Ended up eating one slice before I realised as I was half-asleep and hungry. Similar things have happened before with this shop with me in the past. Wouldn't recommend this particular Dominoes. Formal complaint made...
