Domino's Pizza - Brighton - Whitehawk — Restaurant in England

I can’t believe that I m wasting my time to write this but I was never so disappointed on more than 3 occasions with THIS dominos. I had ordered 4 times from them since they have opened and these was definitely too many times I spend my money there. I kime dominos time to time and had some from different shops around brighton. The whitehawk one is the worst! Not because of staff or taste of dough as it is all the same pre-made somewhere. Whiethawk dominos it has so little ingredients on the pizza that this is unbelievable. I had tuna pizza and I had to look for it on the pizza to make sure is actually there! It was so little of it tjat I had to look closer to actually confirm it was there!!! Next time ham and sweetcorn, skmple pizza, 2 max 3 sweetcorns per slice. Honestly! It is a joke. Last time I was there I watched the staff making it, I have never seen someone paying so much attention to put toppings on the pizza. Is so precise and so little that this is disappointing. I have even worked at Dominos in the past so I know even from the insides that this shouldn’t be like that UNLESS owner/manager of this shop is making sure they can make as many pizzas as possible from a can...

Have been a repeat customer here but I just placed my last order with them. Ive never had issues before. The first staff member i spoke to today was great when my delivery was very late, when i called a second time to check on the order ,the driver just showed up and so the staff member on the phone said to call back after food to give feedback which i did- i wasnt making an official complaint but let them know the pizzas were cardboard and not enjoyable due to being cold(when u pay almost £40 for 3 pizzas its nice to be able to enjoy it) unfortunately this member of staff was not as pleasant or helpful as the first who instructed me to call and blamed me for the late delivery. However im a repeat customer and literally a 5 min walk from the shop yet the food was late and cold. I would collect it myself but im disabled so rely on delivery. I was not angry or demanding a refund although I should have been offered one (which i was not). Needless to say, good customer service goes a long way and the chap that i spoke to last has zero customer service skills and should not be dealing with customers.
