Domino's Pizza - High Wycombe - Central — Restaurant in England

I ordered dominos on 21st january via their online app, it was 1 a.m. so the usual tastier pizza hut wasn't open so was forced to go there. 2 minutes later I recieve a phone call stating that there is no drivers to deliver my order. And would I like a free meal (I presume they were going to give me a voucher or something) for a later time, so not free at all! I asked for a refund it is now Thursday and no refund recieved. Going to be calling headoffice today. On tuesday I rang them, and the store manager said that the refund had been issued but i believe not. As it should definitely reach my bank. To add insult to injury the following morning of ordering takeaway dominos decided to send me an email requesting a tip for their no turn up delivery driver. Cheek. Anyway I recorded the phone call and whilst it's only £21 I still expect my money returned to me.

Update (27/01) so I just called the head office and this dominos hadn't processed my refund. I'm sat here wondering whether they made the pizzas and decided to have a late night snack.... the store manager even lied to me stating that they had...

We have placed the order, we have been waiting for an hour. After which we called the store and wondered where our food is. The guy said that he has no idea what happened to our order. And that system said that it was delivered. And he had orders only for number 9 and 17 chairborough road which are on the same street where we are. He said that he will refund the half amount and our food will be delivered in 20 minutes. In 40 minutes time we called them again because we still hadn't received our order the second time. To which he said that the driver delivered food the first time. So after 2 hours we didn't receive anything. Not even half of the refund he promised. So he said that he will just refund full amount and there were no apologies. He just said fine.

My wife and I we are long time customers and never experienced such an awful service. We strongly believe that this is unacceptable and we are concerned that this may happen in the future. We believe we should receive not only refund but also the order itself or some other sort of...

Appear to be under new management. Very poor. Rude to the point of being downright offensive. I will be making a complaint to Head Office when I can be bothered. don't bother asking for me to take down this review. it is well deserved. So. I went round the corner to Pizza Hut - Hot food was hot and delicious, staff chilled out and friendly, younger and better looking too thaN THE BAD TEMPERED TEAM AT dOMINOES. iN DID I MENTION, MUCH BETTER VALUE AS WELL?. and did I mention, better value ..? Dominoes appear to have been taken over by the Taliban :( Utter disgrace really. won't ever be using them again. Pizzza Hut, on the other hand AARE my new favourite
