Domino's Pizza - Taunton — Restaurant in England

Ordered a variety of pizzas and sides for 7 people For a start the pizza was late 1 Side did not arrive, 1 pizza had been stored sideways so the topping had slide off the pizza and into the box and 1 Pizza barely had any topping on it.

Phoned the store - solidly for 10 minutes - no answer Tweeted my disappointment, was told to phone the store or complete the online complaint form Phoned the store for another 5 minutes Gave up, completed the complaint form. Almost 20 minutes after receiving the pizza we gave up hope of hearing from either their head office or the branch and - by now being very hungry - ate the pizza. 35 minutes later I received an email saying that in order to resolve the issue I needed to... PHONE THE STORE... to ask them to collect the pizza (which we'd by then eaten) so that they could refund me - there would be no refund (either full or partial) without them collecting the pizzas.

At that point I gave up - sent an email detailing my disappointment (to which I never had a response) and resolved to Order Papa John's...

Ok so I love dominoes and use it a lot. Its quick and the delivery guys are great. The food is fab and usually you can get an offer as otherwise let's face it, it's not cheap really for just a pizza, recently I bought a collection and did bogof for myself and a friend and I ordered a medium stuffed crust cheese pizza with mushrooms. Just something simple and nothing too expensive as I had already eaten. I was charged for a large and after realising my mistake they had already been cooked so said not to worry and the lad did apologise. He was sweet but didn't offer to pay the difference when it was his mistake. I don't mind as I wanted pizza and it all got eaten but that was an extra £5s I didn't really need to spend. Its a good place and we are all human and I did say not to worry but only because of the palaver. So just make sure you get a read back if...

Appalling customer service, taking advantage of young kids. Sent my 12 year old son and his friends to domino’s with £20 so they could get two large takeout pizzas on their collection deal at 9.99. They wanted a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. They were charged 14.00 for the pepperoni so they couldn’t get the second. When I rang to question it I was told by the store manager that it was because they had a pepperoni passion which is more expensive than just pepperoni. Now none of the kids asked for a pepperoni passion, they don’t know the names of domino’s pizzas, when they asked for pepperoni pizza it was suggested to them by the person serving. Blatant upselling and taking advantage of the fact the children wouldn’t know otherwise. The manager was little help and really couldn’t have cared less. Really poor...
