We stopped for ice cream but found cake! Dottys was a busy little cafe/restaurant with nice big windows lovely and clean seating inside and out. Cakes and ice cream in the window we stopped and the staff were lovely very accommodating and informative we had a child with intolerance and they took time to ensure we were all happy with choice. Kids had ice cream but I opted for banoffee cake and the slab they put in front of me was indulgence to say the least. The lemon cake looked amazing too I can see me driving back just for that at some point. Two young staff they served us you were both very lovely thank you for the...

We had 2 paninis which said on menu came with salad and crisps (been having the same thing for years) i had a hair in my salad which i said about to a lady she did apologise and asked if I still wanted a salad which I did as I wasn't paying £7 for just a panini as didn't come come with any crisps either they could of told us if they had run out or something or taken a bit off the price bit didnt want to complain again. The lettuce wasn't very fresh either. Overall was a different experience to what we usually have which is a shame as we...

Alarm bells started ringing when I was told that the Gluten-Free scone was "Fresh-Frozen" (Gordon Ramsey eat your heart out...).
The pasty was traditional in theory, but was void of any meat. The Gluten-Free scone disintegrated before we'd even left the car park. The lemon meringue pie on the other hand was an absolute dream, and particularly flavoursome.
You'd have better luck with the pasties from Looe Bakery a couple doors away. Definitely wouldn't waste my money...
