Favorite Chicken & Ribs Rainham — Restaurant in England

I'm obsessed with Favorite Chicken, I've been to at least 10 different branches over the years. Was on first name terms with a lot of the people running them.

I recently moved to Rainham, Kent and so this is my new local.

The chips are not the same chips they serve at any other favorite chicken, they're very soggy, not crispy as they should be. The chicken has been very hit or miss, mainly miss.

The second from last time I went there, the chicken literally smelt like bins down a back alley. You know the smell, like when you walk through a market once it's all closed and you can smell the rotten fruit. It put me off for a few months.

Yesterday, I thought I'd left it long enough to give it another try. The chicken was very wet, it wasn't oil, it was like it had been washed under a tap after it was cooked. This wasn't a delivery either. My cats even refused to eat the chicken.

After the night me and my partner had, I will never go back to this place.

If I could give this place minus stars I would. I have never felt any pain as bad in my stomach, than what this chicken gave me- I can only describe it as a deep stabbing pain. I went here with my boyfriend in hopes to have nice food, and I was given the polar opposite. I’m absolutely disgusted with the food I was served with. Chips were fine, but the chicken was shocking. My chicken was bright pink, chewy and cold…definitely not what a piece of chicken should be. I hope that this shop either reconsiders serving chicken or improves in their cooking skills. ordered here twice and it was great but tonight we got a box of 20 of the rawest chicken wings you could get and when we went back for a refund they got very annoyed with us and said we were lying even though we bought the very raw chicken back, weve informed everyone we know so hopefully this helps, theyve just lost a lot of customers.
