Finca — Restaurant in England

I don't know what numpty gave it a 2* rating but this place is ab-fab & ?the only if not the best specialty coffee place in Dorchester. Roasts right in house and v friendly. Food available here to in simple kitchen at the back. Made v well. EVEN Vege friendly which is a real bonus given the area is pork crazy!!

Flat white was a tad weak if I was being critical ...I think the mug was slightly bigger than the regulation 6oz but smooth and just what I needed nonetheless. Could do with batch filter rather than the v60 they did offer but anyway. Selection of espresso as well.

Popped in for a proper coffee on our way through Dorchester and this place exceeded expectations. The owner couldn’t have been more happy to go the extra mile for us (filled up our water bottles, showed us the equipment he uses etc.). He is super passionate about coffee and truly knows his craft, which shows.. the coffee is INCREDIBLE. A lot of care goes into each and every cup. Highly recommend checking out this little gem, lovely vibe to the place too, the sweet treats also looked great. Thank you for the great coffee and inspiring chat. We will definitely be checking out other locations and returning...

I used to come here frequently but I now refuse to pay the £0.50p charge for alternative milk. My order would consist of 4x FW with oat milk, that’s a £2 charge, I could buy a good quality barista style oat milk carton for this and still have change. At first i understood the charge but a lot of other coffee shops no longer charge for alternative milks this stems from smaller independents all the way up to Starbucks. Finca has a number of coffee shops now so I am sure they can absorb the cost but they choose not to. Also your coffee shops are dirty this one and the Poundbury one are not nice to...
