My experience today was not so special. I couldn't find some microfilm and the member of staff found it for me. I then was searching for 2 books which I knew I had taken out of the centre before but again I couldn't find them. The staff member also couldn't find them and I was prepared to go home and come back another day with the relevant details and said so. The member of the staff didn't take this defeat and continued to seek out my books which he eventually found filed on the wrong shelf.
