Herby's — Restaurant in England

Went in whilst I waited for other shops to open as got into town early. Got a cheese salad sandwich in white breadcake - price was laughable- £4.40!?!? The salad was the rocket rubbish, the breadcake was a bit hard round the edges! I also got 2 feta and spinach rolls - craggy as anything! Flour on the outside - i was picking the pastry from my teeth! Now i love these rolls normally, but I usually buy from turkish/kurdish - English certainly cannot pull these off - or this shop can't! U cannot even taste the feta at all so its probably cheap one because dear one you definitely can taste..just horrible claggy mess of pastry with slop inside. Staff miserable as sin...don't even smile! Rude as! I won't go back.

I didn't have the feta rolls straight away I had them about an hour or so after purchasing them. Either way they should not taste that way. Yes I'm aware the prices are around the shop but for the price the sandwiches/bread should be better. Conversation? Lol. I'd hardly call it a conversation, I told u what I wanted and that's it..no conversation at all. But ok haha. No ur alright, u all seem rather obnoxious so it's best not to come back and show you what I'm disappointed with because ull clearly think ur right, but for one I've just told you what was wrong and uve got an excuse for it.."they just come out the oven". If you can't handle negative reviews maybe don't put urself out there to be reviewed. Or...

First time visiting hull I saw this place on Google reviews saying about black pudding scotch eggs so pinned it when we was walking round found this place hadn’t told my husband till we got there he went in as black pudding is one of his favourites he had to try the scotch eggs He said it was so delicious nothing like he had ever tried before must of been nice it disappeared rather quickly Next day before we left for home my husband had to make a pit stop at herby’s To get some more goodies to take home Since returning home all he has spoken about to everyone is how nice the scotch black pudding egg was and they need to go to hull to try one or two Think we will definitely be returning in the...

🚲 Herby’s Delicatessen – A Hidden Gem! I cycle past Herby’s all the time and it’s always packed, so I finally gave it a go — and wow, I’m glad I did! Pulled up outside on my handcycle and the staff actually came out to serve me 🙌 Amazing customer service!

They made me a vegan wrap that was absolutely delicious — so good I’ve already been back for more. 😋 Reasonably priced, super friendly staff, and best of all — totally wheelchair accessible ♿ (no steps!).
