The name is so accurate, this place is heavenly!! We’d set out to visit another nearby dessert restaurant (named after a friendly ghost) as we didn’t even know that Heavenly Desserts existed. Unfortunately the staff at the other place were so rude to us and unwelcoming, we walked out without ordering. Well, that’s the best thing that could have happened, as we came across Heavenly Desserts! What an absolutely stunning place! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so clean too, the place sparkled! (I’m a professional cleaner so I look for these things.) The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We were seated and given all the relevant info and menus. The menu is HUGE! We wanted everything. We ordered on the app as the staff had told us that we’d get £5 off our next visit if we did. It was my son’s birthday so I let him order a selection of treats. Our order was: White choc & coconut shake Passionfruit Martini Mango & passionfruit mochi plate Macaron plate White choc and raspberry crepe Fudge cake The drinks were unbelievably good!! We loved the presentation of all the food, it was absolutely stunning. My fudge cake was the most chocolatey moist fudge cake I’ve ever had and the ice cream was delicious. My son really enjoyed his crepe. The only negative was that the macarons were very dry and a bit stale. There was no chew to them and the middle was hard. The rest of the food made up for it though and this didn’t spoil our experience at all. We can’t wait to come back! We are so pleased that the friendly ghost dessert place were so rude and unwelcoming haha! Thank you!

My wife and I visited the Hull branch with out 2 children on Sunday evening. The first thing we noticed when we sat down was the state of the cutlery, very water stained and some items still had remnants of food on them… After ordering we asked the waitress for some clean cutlery to which she answered “it is just water marks our dishwasher isn’t working right”. There was an awkward silence where me and my wife looked at each other and the waitress waiting for her to say something else or take the cutlery, but she didn’t. I explained it was more then just water marks and showed her my daughters spoon which had food remnants smeared on it. She swapped that 1 item and went back to the serving area, leaving us with the dirty water marked cutlery. This is absolutely disgusting, how hard is it for a member of staff (which there were plenty of doing nothing) to just wipe the cutlery. We had no other option then to wash our cutlery in the toilet sink. Yes we should have just left but try doing that with 2 young children that have ordered desserts. We were offered no apology just “that’s how they all are”. We heard other customers complaining about the same issue and all were just given the same reply, the look of surprise on peoples faces was just as bad as ours. For an establishment like this, charging the prices they do, I expect a top quality experience and service.

I can't say for other desserts because they are probably good. However I ordered raspberry and white chocolate tarts (2 of them), and they were the worst tarts I have ever had in my entire life. And the worst thing I have ever spent money on in my life other than temu shoes which didn't fit me. Specifically about the Tart: The base was brittle and crunchy, filled with custard and had a raspberry on top. 2 of these for £4.5. I wouldn't have spent money on it if I knew what I would get. Absolutely shocking, and I am doing them a service if they see this review by telling them to get that out of the menu. Bake well tarts from any super market are easily 100X better than these tarts, this should give you perspective of the waste of money it was. Comparatively I could have bought 15 cherry Bakewell tarts for similar money. I had to leave a review to warn people not to buy the raspberry and white chocolate tarts, if you do go, order something else.

Absolutely devastated and disgusted, me and my boyfriend are regular customers to this restaurant, and we have never had a problem till last night. I decided to bring my family for the offer that was on for Mothers day of course to treat my mum, and on the website its specifically stated it was open till 11pm on Sunday, we arrived at 9:03pm and the most rudest waitress said it was takeaway only now as of 9pm which shocked me as there was still plenty of people dining in, my mum of course said if its possible please then the offer should still be valid on takeaway as its still Mothers Day and she said no, I also asked into why it is now only takeaway when your open for another 2 hours and she said it was the "management's idea and we close at 10pm as it states on the door" so what's goods that when customers will be going off of what's on the website rather then travel to the destination to just check the door? To see its not open, its just false and misleading information. My mum asked to speak to a manager, and the waitress said "well it will be around 5 mins", and she just just waited with us at the door and continued to talk to us "stating oh we'd all just like to finish up and get ourselves off home to see our family's at some point as well today" like you just don't say that at all, your there to work to your subject hours, and my mum has specifically asked for a manager meaning that we do not want to continue talking to you. I said to the waitress that I do not appreciate your attitude and I do not want to speak to you further about this, and she walked away, and started laughing with another waitress behind the counter, Absolutely disgusting behaviour and attitude towards customer service. Anyways the manager ended up coming a few mins later and resolved Absolutely nothing, didn't even apologise for the inconvenience, the attitude of the waitress we was harassed by, and again stated that the time the place closes on a Sunday is 10pm and it is on the door, and i said well that's no good for customers who will be checking places and reviews and times online before they make there travel then isn't it, and he also specifically stated that takeaway orders began at half 9pm last night dues to stock, so instead of arguing and lying to and with a customer at the door saying we can't be served, only on takaway without the offer and 9pm, we could've been sat down and served and there wouldn't have been a problem. And whenever me and my boyfriend have been before many many times before, I have always offered to tip for there hard work and just how respectful they've always been and that would've been the case last night too, but its unfortunate for them as they have now just lost a handful of loyal existing customers, and i will not be putting a single penny into there business in the future. I would avoid simply if you just want to save yourself...

Visited today for the first time. Order of 2x white chocolate and lotus cookie dough and a GS banoffee s'more waffle was taken. We waited over 1 hour for our food to be brought to the table. During this time other tables who had more than 3 people on them and who had ordered a long time after us were being served. We had no communication from the staff about this until 1 hour had passed. After this a member of staff came over to say they were having trouble with one of the machines. However, we were confused as others who appeared to have ordered similar products to us had received their orders. They assured us it would be with us shortly. Another 15 minutes went by before someone came back to the table to say they were still having issues and did we want to order something else. In the end we swapped the GS waffle to a normal waffle as the GS was only a preferance and was at this point very hungry. After this was swapped we received our order in 10 minutes. When the order came to the table we sent the waffles back as it did not have much sauce on it. Nothing was communicated to us well during our stay, the customer service was terrible. Upon receiving the bill we noticed the waffle had been taken off our bill for the trouble, but if we had not checked the bill we would not have known this as it was not communicated to us. Upon paying and leaving we were not spoken to. The customer service was terrible, we did not feel the bill of £25 was justified for the food and service. We will not be...
