Hethertons Bakery — Restaurant in England

I feel very sad i have to write this as ive been coming to this bakery pretty much every work morning for years and have never had an issue however 2 days ago i purchased a pork sandwidge that was slimy and luke warm but never having had an issue with the food before i trusted it, yesterday i woke up with the most horrific food poisoning ive ever had in my life, i know for a fact it was that sandwidge as the only other food i ate that day my wife and daughter also ate and they were both fine, im really dissapointed in what has happened but obviously someone didnt reheat it properly or left it out for too long or something, i hope you can sort this out internally and provide safer food for your customers in future but im sorry to say i wont...

Good sandwiches and nice bread. However, please - for the love of God - stop putting your sausage rolls in the microwave! It makes them soggy and horrible. I was so surprised to see you do this. If you must re-heat, perhaps invest in an air fryer which will retain the crispiness. Otherwise, they'd be better cold. As you can tell, I take my sausage rolls particularly seriously but I also doubt I'm the first to look on in horror as those bad boys are blitzed in...

A lovely little Bakery and cake shop Staff always very friendly, helpful and polite . The bread ,rolls and cakes are all delicious. I especially love the iced fingers . Unfortunately today my bun came in pre wrapped plastic rather than the nice little paper bags . The icing stuck to the plastic which was very disappointing. Please can we have the usual paper bags instead of this nasty...
