Hotel Chocolat — Restaurant in England

If I could give a 0 star I would. I Visited this store today on the Cheshire oaks , looking too purchase a box of hot chocolate 10 sachets for £13 , only to be told you can't buy items individually that you have to bulk buy and buy on the promotion so I only couldn't buy single items , you had to purchase 3 boxes totalling to £30, not only has it just been Christmas and ive already spent alot of money like everyone else over the past couple or weeks , I was treating myself and didn't really want to be spending £30 on hot chocolate when I wanted to only try the flavours with my current venvitiser purchased as a gift for me off my family. So went home and purchased the individual item I wanted in store online on the official website, so I won't be visiting the stores again when you can't buy individually, online...

Hotel Chocolat produce superb quality products. But like the old saying goes "You get what you pay for" they can be expensive.

Until you visit their store at Cheshire Oaks that is!!!

This is where they get rid of there end of line / clearance and the prices are much lower if you don't mind eating Easter eggs a couple of weeks afterwards :-)

But they have their regular products too which you get smaller discounts on if you buy more than one of.

They also have a very nice coffee range which you can enjoy outside in a seating area, surrounded by other shoppers walking past.

The inside of the shop is a bit stark / bare. But it's clean and the blankness emphasises the products on display.

Hi, I was in Hotel Chocolat on Cheshire Oaks designer outlet today to redeem my £5 off birthday voucher from you. I'm SO dissapointed because of one member of staff was rude to me and i can't use my voucher unfortunatelly! This is unrespectfull. I was pick what i like, so i was pick 2 packs of Ugly but good packs, come to the counter and say about my £5 off voucher for birthday. Lady take this chocolate off me and say: sorry, but you can't use this voucher. I was asked why? She pop this chocolates away over the counter and say just : sorry.
