AMENDED REVIEW - the below review was for an interaction with an individual who did not work within this site but was covering. Sadly I still stand by it... BUT I'm happy to give great feedback when necessary....and so
JASMIN at this site is a star, after purchasing a phone at another shop and then swapping sims etc (I won't bore you with details) it wasn't working and the lack of a working number was having a direct impact on my business.
I had restarted it a multitude of times but Jasmin's expertise fixed everything super quick and made something complicated very easy.
THANKS JASMIN...YOU'RE A TRUE STAR ! I hope you get recognised for this somehow.

Do you miss the bad attitude of phone shops in the late 2000s and the 'banter boys' who work in there ? Well worry not, for that low level authentic 'couldn't care less about the customer' attitude just visit the O2 shop in Cheshire oaks.
We walked soooo ready to buy (as we were going to in broughton before the shop flooded (another story)). We walked straight to the phone we wanted and then had to look around for help. We caught the eye of someone who worked there who didn't even look back. I asked him if he could help. 'What do you need help with ?' He shouted from across the shop, about 7 ft, not even taking a step towards us....
'Errr we want to buy a phone, we know which one and everything, just a little help please ' we said with a smile.
He stayed stuck still, trapped in the choice of chatting with his mate or maybe having to actually do a bit of work...a terrible quandary as you can imagine.
Eventually against all his better judgement he walked towards us muttering that they probably didn't have that phone before disappearing into the back...his happy place I assume...no customers you see, or need to smile .
So there he went leaving us stuck there counting our regrets at entering the store and not just staying at home instead.
He then returned. He was happier, because he couldn't help (he loves that thrill) nope sorry don't have that model but we have the (he then lists another 5 models with no context in difference costs etc)....so sorry he said with a smile
All the while other banter buds were just hanging in the background as hard faced as the gargoyles on notre dame.
I decided to let him know how disappointed we all were with his service, and I was polite as I just wanted to let him know how much we felt let down. It was just really poor.
No 'hi do you need help, if you do just ask' , nothing...it was as if we'd walked into a party without an invite.
I can buy a phone anywhere, other shops and cheaper online but due to the service given in broughton I gave O2 a chance...
I can assure you all branches are NOT created equal and if you don't want to be stared at as if you are dog dirt avoid this branch at all costs.
Ps get ready for the corporate line of response to this review but sorry kids you just weren't up to scratch at all.

Read moreI'm having problems obtaining a sim card that comes with a Virgin Media account , I was asked to call in at O2 store on the Coliseum to obtain a card. 2 staff members very helpful but still had problems so had to go back later after checking e mail address . Unfortunately previous staff members were busy so asked 3rd staff member for assistance he made it clear he wasn't interested in helping & I should go away & sort it out over the phone . I pointed out that on the previous visit I was put through via the stores phone so if any problems they would be able to help but this wasn't going to happen now by his attitude I should just go away . Read moreVery disappointed. Had a smart watch .band took it back before the 14 day cooling off period. Just finished a lond day in work to be told at the shop I have to wait halve hour I can't just drop it off and go home .. lad with long dark hair very rude . Tried giving the watch back saying I couldn't leave the shop or I'd be charged for it . What type of a return policy is that . I rang up yesterday and it don't even go on the system until after the 1r days . And I'm being told he has to take it off the system....
