I purchased a shirt three days ago and went to wear the item and noticed a few marks on the shirt. I went to return the item and exchange for the same shirt as it was one I like. I was advised that marks are not part of their return policy and they would not exchange the item as they would not be able to establish if it was done at home. If I would have dropped something at home surely I would wash the shirt and not try to exchange the item. I was made to feel like a liar and guilty of trying to fraudulently exchange an item by the store manager. The manager went away and left myself and my 8 month pregnant wife standing while she told us she would have to look at the security cameras to see if a mark was visible upon purchase which I had no problem with. After a 25 minute wait I was told the amount of times the assistant had touched the item on the transaction the mark would have been picked up and told I couldn’t have an exchange.
