Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

We ordered 3 drinks and 3 toasties and not one of our drinks were done right. I could tell the guy taking our orders wasn't writing them down properly (I worked at Starbucks for years) or paying attention.

First drink was done with dairy instead of soya milk. Second drink was missing the caramel syrup. The girl working behind the bar making the drinks had the worst attitude with us when I asked if the drinks were done right, as if it was our fault. I know exactly how to order Starbucks drinks due to working there so it wasn't any fault of mine.

The third drink - a filter - didn't even get made. I know some Starbucks don't have their filters ready at all times so I asked if it was ready and was told yes. After the other drinks had been fixed and our food arrived we were still waiting for the filter. Four members of staff could see us waiting and didn't think to ask what for. We didn't want to ask because the closest person to us working there already seemed irritated with us for our drinks being wrong.

The guy that took our order was stood behind the till on his phone, right in view of any customers waiting for their drinks at the end of the bar. Another girl carried on cleaning whilst the girl on bar carried on making drinks pretty slowly for the rate Starbucks expects and trains you to. There was another guy there but he just kept wandering in and out.

The girl making drinks asked the guy about our order and if we had actually asked for the caramel and soya milk and it wasn't until then that he realised he had forgotten the filter. By the time we had all our drinks our food was cold.

As we were going out another woman said that her drink hadn't arrived yet. Turns out her caramel macchiato was written down and made as a caramel latte. So we weren't the only ones who got the wrong drinks.

Poor, poor effort. I don't know how the staff are getting away with...

absolutely dreadful experience from a young female member of staff in your starbucks cheshire oaks today at 1415.

Firstly no hand sanitizer or spray, excellent service at the till. When i asked for the table to be cleaned i was passed a napkin when i asked for sanitizer i was given blue roll with spray on it.

I cleaned our table not an issue but the way the seating is there is defo no social distancing everyone on top of each other.

I asked a member of staff (young lady with short blond hair) how the place is kept covid safe as in entire time i was there did not see one table being cleaned. The answer i was met with ... we are not allowed out here near customers .. again i asked about table cleaning and was advised if you want your table cleaning you can ask us to but we don't clean them regularly after each customer. She then proceeded to tell us that they were not allowed hand sanitizer or spray out as customers don't control their children. I found her very argumentative with any question i asked really didn't answer my question and was told if we have an issue with how they run the covid safety to speak with customer services. Covid safety definitely does not exist in this store !!!

May i just add here that i was sat facing a window into costa coffee who had a member of staff cleaning tables and chairs after every customer and only allowing so many customer through the door at one time. I think i know where ill be going in future especially...

Absolutely disgusting. The place is filthy. Dirty Pots are abandoned on every table and piling up. Rubbish is strewn on the floor. I noticed this as I queued whilst the staff chatted. After 5 mins of going nowhere and realising if we got a drink not a single table had enough space to put a mug on we left. There are 8 people in the cafe. And you know what your nearest competitor it twice as busy and all the tables are cleaned and ready for customers. NB to Manager. You need to get a grip of this place and the staff. It may have been busy earlier but it sure isn’t busy now and staff couldn’t care less NB to Customers. There are plenty of other cafes who will appreciate your business because Starbucks at Cheshire Oaks don’t They don’t even deserve the one star I...
