Negatives: Quantity of food Quality of dishes compared to other restaurants Expensive compared to service and food provided Worst customer service Microaggression Bad experience due to above overall

I am a food enthusiast and do reviews after checking out any place over time. Recently I have been to Elif, Etci, Istanbul Manchester, OTE, Kazan and I mean so many good places that I can not even name now. But the service over there has been cordial and fairly consistent. Here the service is also consistent but not good. Been there more than once before posting this. Wallahi chester charcoal grill, chester tandoori and even the GG savor in the same street gives better service with less resources. Pars Kahve in the city centre also gives amazing service and experience.

People spend money to have good experience and if good overall service is provided then a lot of the shortcomings are overlooked, be it the total cost or too some extent the quality. If not it becomes a waste of a time.

Note to restaurant: Providing more details after being replied to. I hope this is not what you regularly provide for your customers but I myself will not come for further visits hopefully. Kindly don’t harass with further questions and need for explanations. Wasted enough time and money already....

I wish I could give this 1 star (so that I can always get a table ) but I can't. I have to be honest.. this place is bloody amazing ! Visited here due to good reviews and I can see why they have so many. The food is beyond fabulous. The staff are beyond flawless the whole place is a gem. Small but wonderful. My new FAVOURITE restaurant. Absolutely delicious food and huge portions. Wine that's like silk not vinegar.. so Impressed I bought the whole bottle. I don't often give 5 star reviews as I think these days you have to work hard to Impress and these guys really do. Cannot fault them in anyway nor would I want to. A million deserved 5 stars!!! We love you Istandbul BBQ.. see you very soon I cant wait until...

We booked on 24 hours before arrival on Valentine's Day for 6 people we were told that they were fully booked but they would try to accommodate us.

We got a table for 8.30 but we was running late so we phoned the restaurant to tell them they said don't worry about it and just arrive when we could and there was no need to rush.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic the staff were great and the food was excellent.

We were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived by Ali the owner ( excuse me if I'm wrong about his name) very welcoming and talkative even tho he had a full restaurant to attend to nothing was to much trouble.

I will 100% be returning in the future...
