Italian Pantry — Restaurant in England

This may be the "best" butty shop in Blackpool however after the service i received today i will NEVER be eating there again, So absolutely appalled at the behavior of the woman who took my call (owners wife). she was shouting over me then proceeded to hang up! Rude! However love it does not take nearly an hour and a half to deliver 5 sandwiches 5 minuets away. And this was after we were "bumped" down the list because someone elses order gave them more money! Bollocks we USED to eat there every Friday and they have had over £1,500 from us over the last couple of months. What a great way to treat a recurring customer! BE WARNED! We used The Italian Pantry's outside catering service for my daughters 16th birthday party and these pleasant ladies did not disappoint at all. We went for the £8.50 a head buffet option but what we got was definitely worth a lot more. The food they brought was delicious and everyone who came said the same. Plus, we were not expecting the amount of food, there was loads with some left over. I love this place. Every Saturday (or near enough) me and the wife either get bacon butties (bacon, sausage & egg) or a sandwich for dinner, together with pies and and wife generally treats herself to a cake for later. Staff are always friendly. If you go for a breakfast butty, ask for fat old English sausages!...
