I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the way I was treated during my recent visit to your branch today.

I ordered the chocolate-dipped strawberries, only to find that several of them were clearly past their best — one had visible white mould and another had a soft, slimy texture underneath the chocolate coating. When I brought this to the attention of staff, I was told the strawberries were fresh. However, it was visibly obvious they were not. I did not receive an apology, nor was I offered a replacement for the three inedible strawberries. When the staff member then brought over my next item which was a Biscoff waffle he placed the plate down very forcefully and this made the waffle fall onto the table,Yet again nothing was done to resolve this no apology nor was I helped to place the waffle back on my plate or asked if I wanted a fresh one made.

To make matters worse, as I was leaving the premises, a staff member approached my partner and accused him of bending a spoon — something we absolutely did not do. In fact, we were only given one set of cutlery and later asked for one extra fork. Rather than calmly asking or investigating, the staff member insisted it was my partner and told him he was not welcome back. This accusation was not only false but was delivered in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner.where the rest of the staff then came outside to watch.

The entire experience was unacceptable — from the unsafe food to the disrespectful attitude of your staff. If this level of service occurred in my own workplace, it would warrant immediate review and disciplinary action.

I expect a formal apology and an explanation as to how these issues will be addressed. I also believe I am entitled to a refund for the strawberries and reassurance that this situation will not...

The times I have had here were amazing! Service was great, clean environment, perfect display and they also offer take-out containers for unfinished deserts and food! This is probably because they give large amounts of food for your money! The food will be in a seperate paragraph as it's so good, it deserves it. Anyways, tables and seats are spacious and the staff are so kind, we asked for a smaller spoon for the baby in our party and we got it in 10 seconds!

For the food, 'no comment' was my reaction. A wide variety of desserts, hot food and drink. For the desserts, I would 𝘿𝙀𝙁𝙄𝙉𝙄𝙏𝙀𝙇𝙔 recommend the ice cream or brownie. Soft, gooey, warm and fresh brownies with creamy, tasty, sweet and fresh ice cream. For the hot food, it tastes amazing. Burgers, chips, mozzarella sticks, you name it. Fresh in 10 minutes on average, also available on Just Eat (as well as every thing else), tastes perfect. An assortment of food. For the drinks, the soft drinks are straight out of the fridge. They offer eye-catching smoothies and milkshakes, warm drinks like hot chocolate and tea.

Really, this place is exceptional; the Messi and Ronaldo of desserts. 5 stars, or...

The actual shakes I had were decent, but there is no urgency or drive there, they all walk around like the undead and I could see my order was cleared from the screen and then not even attempted until one of the adults asked what I'd ordered.

20 minute wait for 2 milkshakes is unacceptable, especially with about 10 staff in total (just 6 in the backroom dossing).

Also the non-asian staff appeared to be very stressed and doing the majority of the work and working at a good pace but everybody else just taking their time.

Finally, a deliveroo rider came in to collect his order and although I could see the bag there and it was all ready I watched the woman take as long as she possibly could to hand it over, which imho is just incredibly rude as the guy not only is just trying to earn a wage, but providing income to the shop.
