We arrived at 7.40 on Sunday 28th Aug. Waited 20 mins in the que to order. Got to the till and was told it was 1hour 15mins wait for waffles. We didn't want to wait that long as it was for a13th Birthday and had other plans so we ordered 4 ice cream sundaes instead. We sat down and began to wait. Within 25 minutes of us placing our order We watched 2 young guys come in and place an order for waffles within 10 minutes they received their order. We were still waiting for our ice cream. We continued to wait and watched as multiple people came in and placed orders and they all received them before we had our food. We ordered our food at 20.01 by 20.58 we still hadn't got our 4 ice cream sundries. Then at 20.58 we saw a couple walk in order food and get it pretty much straight away. At this point we called over a member of staff and complained about the length of time we had waited and the fact people that had ordered after us had received their food and left. We were met with poor excuses and not a lot of solution. When we said we want a refund the man then went behind the counter and made our order which took him 3 minutes to do. No care or attention given just chucked some ice cream in a bowl and brought to our table. No apology no offer of refund nothing. When we left we spoke to the management his name was Mujeeb. He wouldn't believe what we were saying. He didn't want to take our complaint serious and wouldn't accept that people were getting their food before us even though they had arrives 20 minutes plus after we had ordered.13 year old was very upset and very tired at this point and didn't enjoy her dessert and due to being so late we missed our other commitment. This is not good enough. The staff were rude and management was not interested and there was no customer service at all ....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in this afternoon for a take away milk shake with my partner and was appalled at what happened, the foreign guy asked us if we wanted a table for two, I said no but my girlfriend was asking him a question about the menu and milk shake sign in window, he just ignored her and started to serve another customer, I told him he was rude and ignorant as my partner was talking to him, he didnāt like it and swore at me as another customer came up and told him he was out of order, I walked out as I was very annoyed, Iām a store manager and have never in my born days seen such bad customer service, to top this off my partner as for a manager to complain but a very young guy said they didnāt have one, then a girl come out asking us what the matter was and said she was in charge but had not a clue and just said he was new WOW so this is how you train your staff what a joke we have just moved here and would of frequently come in or buy a take away but will never ever set foot in your wretched place again and will do my utmost to spread the word on how bad you are...

The staff were exceptionally rude to us, and they tried to refuse to put cream on my mother's free birthday milkshake. After we managed to order, we requested a jug of ice water, which we received with very dirty glasses. It then took at least 40 minutes for us to actually receive our order, despite the fact that the restaurant was relatively quiet. I cannot speak for my whole family on the food, but my drink tasted like dishsoap, the cheesecake was frozen in the middle, and the whipped cream tasted expired. Prior to today, a trip to Kaspa's was something I looked forward to, but after this experience, I can promise I will not be returning. The restaurant was ridiculously understaffed and the staff who were working clearly did not know what they were doing.
