Wasn't sure whether to go to this KFC or the other near Buckingham Close. I chose this one as it has free easy parking. Turns out if I drove to Glasgow and cycled to the other I would've been served faster than I was here! Lots of angry customers wondering why 6 people were struggling to serve. Atmosphere was toxic. By the time I got through to the till (20 mins, if you are wondering) I wish I hadn't bothered. The lady on the checkout spoke virtually no English. Asking what drink I'd like, I enquired if there were no full fat drinks anymore (all I could see were diet). This level of English was too much for her, didn't know how to answer my question, and the English colleagues nearby weren't jumping in to help her out (did they not like her?). Gave up and said I didn't want a drink if they were only diet. Again she struggled to understand me. Customers are losing 2,000 calories just standing in the queues but KFC seem to have forced health policies onto me. I had to mime no drink. Think my request for an answer to a simple question infuriated her and she proceeded to no doubt slag me off in another language. A carcrash experience, a stain on the KFC brand in every aspect. Deserve 1 star for getting my order right, although from the exchanges staff had with other customers, I was quite lucky in that respect! I love KFC but literally wouldn't come here again. I'll try...

First time eating inside anywhere for over a year, thought would treat myself while working away. Walking into the place I was met by this lovely front off house colleague, who was absolutely brilliant. She was cleaning tables, providing assistance when required and also doing table service. I ordered my food and it was ready quite quickly and was well presented with no issues. I carried it to the table to enjoy the food. From this point onwards everything else was a complete mess. A family of 7 came in with small children who shouting, running about and touching tables etc. Mother shouting at them to be quite A Couple of young adults turned up not wearing masks, sat at a table in front of restaurant and shouted across to one of the workers on the drinks station At 19:05 one of the staff left the kitchen and walked through the restaurant with no mask on.??? The number of delivery drivers in store was on average 7, signs stated max of 5 Delivery drivers collecting food not wearing face masks. (this should be addressed) Delivery drivers dumping empty thermal delivery bags on front restaurant table, seems a regular thing. (good job front of house was on the ball keeping it clean) These comments are why I have scored it as I have, a real...

They can't communicate properly between eachother so how are they supposed to get orders right. While I was waiting for my order a customer came up to ask which burger was which. They had ordered a zinger and plain burger but they were is the same box. When placing my order I had to ask if they had items, they were out of all flavours milkshake (or whatever) didn't have 7up and I'm sure there were other items they had run out on. I was given my order on a tray when I wanted it to go. Wasn't asked in the beginning of my order. With rolled eyes the staff member made it to go. Went to the side to check my order and two items were left out. KFC management, if you are going to employ people at the financial lower range, please give them the right tools to succeed. Send them on people training, make sure they have the right equipment and enough stock. And for goodness sake, please help them...
