Thought this was a new hot spot visited on a number of occasions, but just for the record overall staff have been friendly, welcoming and it does have a informal relaxing feel. But disappointed on the after sale customer care service and if you provide critical feedback on the quality of shisha, the the customer service is zero, especially when on this occasion one of the shisha flavour was not to the standard expected. Was told company policy that after 30mins despite calling staff on more than 1 occasion to have a look at the shisha flavour as it was not right, that they can not do anything. When we were actually told that they will change the pot after the staff member agreed it was not right, only to then see the staff member was having his own shisha with his group/managers in charge. When questioned, was told the staff member needs permission before pots can be changed and that the permission was not granted, and that maybe we misunderstood or the staff member misunderstood as he could not speak English. Then was told that they will fix the one we have, only to be then told cant fix it. Really disappointing, was beginning to enjoy this place. But a poor service is a poor service and and bad quality flavour is just bad. Fobbing your customers off is not a excellent customer service and most certainly not to then question customers integrity and make them feel...

A group of us went on a Saturday evening. We were passing through Derby and this place was pretty convenient. To be honest this place didn't really impress me from the off,but it was getting on and we wanted to relax after a long day. The dessert selection was VERY poor. Only about 7 desserts were available,not 7 varieties,but 7 desserts. How can that be possible on the busiest night of the week !!!!

Now what happened next really boiled my urine. There were 3 of us,only one of us really smoked,the other was a part time smoker whilst the third wasn't a smoker. We were told that we'd have to buy 2 sheeshas. Now I get this......You get some Freeloaders who roll up mob handed,maybe 5-6 of them,order 1 shisha and hog the whole place,but we weren't this type of customer.

We explained our situation and told the cashier that we'd be ordering 3 desserts as well as a pot of tea. But he said that the rules apply to everyone. To me this is a money making scheme that provides very poor customer service. I have been to places where there is a minimum spend,but these are places which are high end and normally in Big cities,not dumps in the back alleys of Derby.

To be fair the Shisha was pretty decent,as were the desserts and the service,but the house rules...
