An absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the beautiful décor captured the essence of Madeira Island. The owners/staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like part of the family. The food was authentic, fresh, and bursting with flavour, especially the beef espetada—tender, perfectly seasoned, and the closest thing to what you'd find on the island. Hands down, the best one I've had in the UK in the past ten years!

Incredible food, the atmosphere is very warm and friendly with a compliment of staff that really know about the food they're serving. We were lucky enough to meet the Chef/ owner who was so welcoming and clearly passionate about his craft. We ordered a selection of dishes from hearty flame grilled chunks of spit skewered steaks to seafood and other traditional Madeiran/ Portuguese specialities.
