Marmaris Kebab House — Restaurant in England

So on sunday at 2:35 AM i had a kebab order through kendal eats. obviously on a sunday morning at 2:35AM i wanted a kebab obviously and i had wait for over an hour! After an hour i decided to call up and ask if there is anything wrong. then when they decided pick up the phone they were agressive down the phone: When they finally let me talk i explained my point and how i have been waiting for my kebabs for over an hour. Then they said u preorder a kebab. Now who actually preorders a kebabs and i didn’t even knoew u could and why everyone that wants a kebab wants it now nothing else. i think this is just diabolical and just out of order. i will not be ordering from here again and i shall be ordering from sizzle in or santorinos instead and i know for a fact that i will be getting food poison anyway! Now im at home on a saturday, im in a steaming mood because this man down the has me having a flipping cheese on toast! i’m not happy at all. i think marmaris should shove that kebabs where the sun...

Never before have I ever received such unprofessional and deplorable service as the treatment I've received by this establishment. Not even a single moment was pleasurable in any sense of the word. The person whom took my call barely spoke a word of english, every part of my order was wrong, but even that I would have been able to forgive if the delivery driver hadn't looked me in the eyes and lied to my face. After I told him what all was wrong he had the nerve to look me in the eyes and go, "We'll get that sorted, right away." Over an hour later I gave up waiting for my food to arrive, and the restaurant wouldn't answer the phone despite me ringing several times. I have never had the most intense disgust for a restaurant in all my life, and if this place were to close tomorrow then Kendal will be better for it. Good riddance to bad garbage. First of all it's not halaal or vegetarian at all. They will tell you that they are halaal but they are not HMC approved and you won't find any certificate with them. They are making vegitarian and meat and ham without washing their hands, clearly contamination. Secondly they will try to rob you all the time. I went with there to buy food for my child and the guy was very unprofessional asking me to spend more money. I thought he is doing joke but the second day same he repeated same thing and on the third there was another guy who charged me £20 for Burger, chips and drink which usually cost £6.80. I told him I didn't ask for this but he said that you asked for another burger meal which costs £20. I told him to refund my money which he didn't wanted but after argument he returned the money.
