McDonald's — Restaurant in England

We came in during the relaxed covid restrictions time period. Everyone was wearing fave visors and making sure customers were following the rules re face masks and sanitisation of their hands. This was great to see.

These can be stressful times however throughout our time here the lady who checked on us was amazing. Firstly when my order arrived she checked everything was fine. I was missing a fruit bag and she went to get it with a smile and no fuss at all. Even better she went above and beyond for us...as I made the error as dad and ordered two strawberry milkshakes when my son wanted chocolate. We accepted my mistake and told the lady we were fine and my son is happy enough with it. However she noticed his disappointment in the situation and she brought a chocolate milkshake for him. He was over the moon.

As a family we enjoyed the full experience. We would definitely recommend this restaurant..and it is probably the best one in the chain that we have been too (ever). We are really happy with our time here.

I think the lady was called Lorraine....

Absolutely disgusted with the behaviour and attitude from the member of staff ANDY as we approached this mcdonalds this morning 28/9/20. As I entered the restaurant ANDY approached me and asked you got a mask, I replied and explained I was exempt, he then said "wheres your card" I returned to my car and came back with my phone in which I have on it proof of exemption, he then refused to exempt my proof on my phone, baring in mind NOBODY is allowed to ask anyone for PROOF which is stated by the government on .gov website, his attitude towards customers was disgusting even down to asking people to put sanitiser on, don't visit this mcdonalds unless u want intimidating and embarrassing infront of people, he was literally out the door and onto of people before they even got to the door! He has no rights and no authority to stand and demand proof of disability or exemption...

Came in today for breakfast. It was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had in this McDonald's. I am a regular morning customer so I've spent a lot of time in here. But today was just awful. I was sat in a booth on my own and the booth behind me got so full that two of the people sat outside of the booth, one level with me and the other shouting into the booth to her freinds. This coupled with the fact nobody was wearing masks and she was laughing vociferously potentially spreading any virus as the two on stills where not within the confines of the barrier's. Then as I got up to leave my seat I couldn't get past. One end of the restraunt was blocked off for staff and the other way was blocked off by the people sitting on the stools. It was awful. I'll be reporting it...
