McDonald's — Restaurant in England

I recently visited the McDonald's restaurant in Hartlepool and overall, I had a decent experience. The location of the restaurant is quite central in Hartlepool, making it easily accessible for people living or working nearby. It's also conveniently situated within a shopping mall, so it's a great place to grab a quick meal during a shopping trip.

One thing that stood out to me was the designated eating area in the centre of the shopping mall. It was nice to be able to sit down and enjoy my meal in a comfortable and clean space.

However, I did find that the service was a bit slow at times. Depending on what you order, it could take up to 15-20 minutes for all the dishes to be ready. This can be frustrating if you're in a rush, but it's not a major issue if you have some time to spare.

In terms of food quality, the burger was consistent with other McDonald's restaurants, and the chicken nuggets were decent as well. Finally, I did encounter a minor issue with the receipt printers from the ordering system being broken. However, the ordering function worked as expected, so this wasn't a major problem.

Ordering from the display is a nightmare, one wasn't working and the other was not responding well, had to keep tapping the screen. At the end of ordering no receipt so lucky I saw my order number. There was no deliver to table so my partner and daughter sat somewhere and I waited for my order, the number was there and then vanished. I kept asking and they said it's coming but in the end they delivered it to the table and I was still standing without knowing, my partner had to try and shout me over. Needs sorting out. Ordered and paid at the machine one medium meal got given a table number I even asked a member of staff if it would be brought over to my table or do I have to go get it which she stated i would have it brought to me 20 mins later still waiting after people who arrived after me were given their food straight away no problems I went to the counter to enquire about my food to be told my food had been waiting there for the past 20 mins!
