Nando's Bridgwater — Restaurant in England

Had the pleasure of having 1xcollection and 2xDeliveroo deliveries and on every single occasion all sides of chips were missing and here and there another 2nd side(considering ordering for 3-4 people). I even called up the restaurant on the 2nd occasion and spoke with the manager himself who reassured me will speak with his staff to ensure this doesn't happen again. A week later deciding to take the chance again of ordering as a big lover of Nandos, no sides whatsoever considering even had the coleslaw highlighted! I have no idea, nor able to comprehend how hard it is to read a receipt and follow the list down. I get it to be a mistake once, maybe even twice, but 3 times in a row is disgraceful and absolutely ridiculous! The place was close to empty but it took quite a while until I received my food. 16£ for half a chicken and two sides in self-service is quite expensive. The garlic bread was the best of the three. Corn and chicken to long cooked and very dry. A really small chicken with not a lot meat on it. I doubt it was organic which would have justified the price and size. There is no real service except someone’s asking how it was without making an effort of waiting for the answer or dealing with a „not so good“. The atmosphere is loud. A nice new Nando's here in Bridgwater is a dream come true. I lived in Banbury for 5 years and one was promised but only opened shortly after I moved to Bridgwater. Now we have Nando's, a JLR battery gigafactory & a new nuclear power station In your face Banbury! I love Nando's & eat in them frequently. This is a nice new Nando's a short walk from our house.
