In the hallowed halls of Nando's, where culinary dreams unfold, my friend and I embarked on an odyssey that transcended the boundaries of mere dining. The grilled halloumi, a gastronomic marvel, whispered promises of celestial delights with each decadent bite, casting a spell that left us enraptured in a symphony of flavors.
Yet, it was not the delectable dish alone that etched this evening into the annals of unforgettable experiences. Enter George, a virtuoso in the grand opera of hospitality. His entrance, marked by a radiant smile that could rival the sun, set the stage for a performance that would linger in our memories like a timeless masterpiece.
George, the maestro of service, orchestrated a ballet of kindness that unfolded with every gesture. His recommendations were not mere culinary suggestions; they were sonnets of gastronomic poetry. The nuanced artistry of his hospitality transformed our visit into an immersive theater of senses, where each detail was meticulously curated for our pleasure.
As we savored the grilled halloumi, George's presence elevated the dining experience to a crescendo of delight. It wasn't just a meal; it was an epic narrative, a dramatic saga that unfolded with each course. His unwavering commitment to ensuring our satisfaction and comfort painted the evening with strokes of benevolence and left an indelible imprint on our souls.
Nando's, with its divine grilled halloumi and the dramatic brilliance of George, has become not just a restaurant but a stage where gastronomy and hospitality converge in a theatrical spectacle. An evening that transcended the ordinary, leaving us spellbound in a crescendo of flavors, smiles, and kindness – a theatrical masterpiece at Nando's that will echo in our hearts for...
Read morePlease make your menus more clear. I ordered the pickle burger at lemon and herb spice level. What the menu failed to declare is that it was slathered in spicy piri ketchup and I was stuck with indigestion for the whole evening and in pain. The waitress offered me another burger as I thought they made it with the wrong spice level as it was so hot, I asked if they’d put chili jam in it but the waitress was clueless and said “probably”. Alas, it came with spicy ketchup again!! I scraped it off with a knife but the heat was still there. the food also came very quickly, I suspect the chicken was not fresh. Disappointing really, thank god I wasn’t allergic to anything but would’ve been a very big issue if I was. I’ve just checked the online menu and it says there’s piri ketchup but this was not on the physical copy in...
Read moreI've been to many Nando's before. All great. This one I would describe as a Stando's. I was stood longer then seated, waiting to place my order. There were only two people in front but obviously either worked there or were good friends of the idiot serving them. The 'banter' was disgusting and three other staff walked through the till area ignoring the que. when he finally took my order there were no sweet potato dishes, with very little apology. After finally placing my order (and not being asked for my Nando's card) my food was given to me by the same idiot from the till by leaning over the chair next to me and almost throwing it on the table. I'd also watched them serve my food to the wrong table bring it back, swap a side dish and re-serve it to me! Worst...
