Great experience with extraordinary customer service! Came here tonight with my daughter and her friends to celebrate her 15th birthday. As soon as we came, we’ve been offered a FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE by very friendly and welcoming staff. One particular member of staff was AMAZING a lovely lady called BETH!!! working as front of house staff, not only she delivered great customer service helping with food order for nuts allergic daughter’s friend friend but she also went extra mile with offering on house b-day drinks and cake slices to made Nando’s visit experience even more special. The food was fresh and well seasoned. The cakes were delicious: chocolate cake was rich with wonderful flavour and cheesecake was creamy and fresh. The interior design with discrete lighting and nice decorations added to this unforgettable experience. I definitely recommend Nando’s Granby Street if you’re looking for a nice time with friends and family! Definitely will come back 😊

Another delightful visit to Nando’s in Leicester city center! From the moment we walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. We started with some tantalizing starters, which set the stage for the main event: the perfectly grilled peri-peri chicken. It was succulent and bursting with flavor, expertly cooked with just the right amount of spice. The sides were equally delicious, especially the savory rice and the creamy coleslaw, which complemented the meal perfectly. We couldn’t resist rounding off our meal with a dessert, and the Pastel de Nata did not disappoint – a sweet treat that left us completely satisfied. Not to mention the refreshing selection of drinks that was the cherry on top of a fabulous dining experience. Kudos to the chef and the staff for their exceptional service. Nando’s Leicester city center remains a go-to for a hearty, delightful meal that guarantees a smile with every bite. Can’t wait to return!

we get there and we have had a long, tireless, day at work. we are fasting, hungry, and ready to eat. there is 5 of us. smiling, we ask a friendly-faced worker “please can we sit in the booth.” to our surprise, the man says no? we ask why, and he simply replies with “i am the host the host the host”. anger coursing through our veins, we sit down at the flimsy table he provides us. we ask another worker if we can sit in the booth. she says yes. elated, we go sit. the host rushes over, angry, red, steam emerging from his ears, and he says it again. his catchphrase. “I AM THE HOST THE HOST THE HOST”. we sit there, dumbfounded, scared, horrified - even. and he tells us there are people fasting who meed the booth. little does he know, we are fasting as well. throught the rest of the evening, the host gave us scary looks, we could barely keep our food down, frightened, fearful, frantic. the moment we finish the food - which was mediocre at best - we sprint out the shop. the lingering memory of the host haunting us for years to come.

It's been a few years since we last went to Nando's but as we needed lunch and the place we'd planned to eat was closed we ended up at Nando's on Granby Street. I think it's the first time we'd eaten at that one or at the very least the décor has changed since we last went there but the restaurant has an interesting aesthetic. We were welcomed by a member of staff who asked us to wait a moment while a table was cleaned for us. While she did this one of her colleagues sorted out colouring for the kids to do while waiting for the food to arrive. Both the kids ate from the children's menu (our eldest being unadventurous and having a plain chicken burger while our youngest has the slightly spiced one) while the wife and I both had sunburst burgers, opting for two sides each and splitting them between us. Service was pretty quick although they burnt the sweetcorn my eldest had ordered and had to do another one but otherwise the food was fine.

Nando's at town area disappointed me. When you enter, there is a certain smell of something which makes you turn off from the place of eating. Furniture is old and worn out, no proper cleaning of place. It looks more like a dungeon than a restaurant. My son went to the toilet and he didn't want to describe his experience it was horrendous. Nothing attracted me here. Food is, as usual, Nando's. So if you are Nando's fan, there is no place to complain here. Service was very prompt, and I could see the staff was very welcoming. Even saw the manager interacting with guests and making them feel comfortable. I have been to many Nando's before, and this was the awful experience I ever had because of that smell and old furniture. I think management needs to close this place and do the thorough makeover of this place.

I recently visited Nando's on Granby Street, Leicester, and while the food was enjoyable, the overall experience could use improvement. Firstly, there was a 30-minute wait for seating, even though plenty of tables were visibly vacant. It's always frustrating to wait when it feels like the restaurant has capacity. The service was okay, but it definitely lacked the attentiveness I’d expect, especially when simple issues could have been easily resolved. On top of that, the washroom facilities were disappointing. The sink area wasn't clean, with visible dirt and residue left behind, which didn’t give a great impression of their hygiene standards. While the food was tasty, the experience could be so much better with improvements in service and cleanliness.
