Ordered a well done extra crispy chicken told the girl didn't mind if skins alittle burnt and a extra portio of peri chips took some olives as well as I was quite famished. Anyway she passed the olives quite hastily to serve another customer and it wasn't busy. She didn't give me my receipt but didnt think anything of it. Went and got my drinks and as I sat down the food arrived I was like that's quite quick looked at the chicken and it looked like it had been steamed and had sauce thrown over it so I asked for it to be well done. When they came back it was cooked perfectly but they forgot my extra portion of chips the girl then proceeds to ask me for my receipt !!!! Anyway they sorted it in the end but with a helping of attitude and a whole lotta unwillingness the manager didn't even bother apologising seeing as food was sent back and by the time we ate the chips were cold because they left the peri chips out of sat on the side until I reminded them! Oh and to top it off the manager bumped into me in a rush to serve the customers coming in and I spilt my drink On myself and he didn't even turn around to check if I was ok just said oh dear Was quite disappointed And will certainly never return
