Came here for lunch and had delicious food. I had a regular size (which was a decent size) pizza Arriba, which was delicious! The dough is fantastic, I like a doughy pizza and this one delivered on that. The toppings were really generous, too. I did ask to change the chorizo to nduja, which was kindly done for me, although after ordering and paying, I was then told there were no peppers available. Not a biggie, but I think it's fair to be told things like that before paying. My wife went for the Mancini pasta, which she said was also delicious. Especially the mushrooms in the dish. I tried one and agreed that the flavours were incredible. They taken on the flavours of the chorizo and were just so moreish! She said it was only warm, though, and could have done with being a bit hotter. The drinks we ordered they didn't have in stock, and I got the impression they maybe don't stock what's on the menu as they had other beers (although they didn't have it available to buy, just had one on display) and wines that weren't on the menu, which again isn't a biggie, but a little strange. The staff were friendly. We paid just over 32.50 for the pizza, pasta, glass of wine, and a beer, which we felt was fair, especially as the food was so nice. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would go back again.

Been waiting to try this place out for some time, but as they aren't open late and so busy at weekends, it can be difficult to get into. The cappuccino was superb, full of flavour. The pizzas were great with some interesting choices including a Bolognese style one. With Jordys in town, there is some stiff competition however the pizzas at Enzo are cheaper, with more variety and better presentation. I'd say Jordy has the edge with the tomato base and cheese though. The pizzas are a couple of quid cheaper at around £12-£13 for a 12 inch. The venue is nicely decked out but is quite small so when busy might not be so easy with a pushchair. Could do with more seating outside too if the council were more generous maybe with the pavement licence as there seems to be more room they could use.

Enzo has great breakfast options and welcoming staff. My friends and I went here for breakfast, and it was super yummy and filling (giving us energy for the day). The staff were very friendly. I had the vegan breakfast, which was nice. My only comment was that I asked for brown bread, but got sourdough (it looked good though, and I didn't mind, so I didn't bother asking to change it - which I suspect they would've been happy to do so).

I only ever leave positive feedback when I write reviews. However, the events of today have been so unbelievable that I feel that I have to write this poor review.

As a family, we have been regulars at Enzo for several years and have had many lovely meals, and have created many happy memories. The waitresses are all lovely. I am so very saddened to write this review.

Today, we sat on the table closest to the main street of Nantwich. We have previously sat on this table while eating (reluctantly) as it is the best place for our dog. We have previously pointed out to staff members that the feet of the said table are not fully on the floor, and so there is a ridiculous amount of wobbling whenever the table is even slightly knocked, or, even when the weight of food/drinks is placed down upon it. The “wobble” in the table is NOT due to the pavements in Nantwich – **it is due to the table legs being very uneven!

Unfortunately, despite the fact that it is known as the ‘wobbly table’ by customers and staff alike, nothing has been done to rectify this. Also, there is at least one other table that is just as bad. As my daughter sat down on her chair, some BOILING HOT BLACK COFFEE spilled all over her leg. This resulted in her leg swelling up bright red with being scalded, and she was in pain throughout the meal (the food arrived just after the burn occurred). The pain still hasn’t worn off completely and the burn still remains – but thankfully, it has not blistered. It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure that customers are SAFE – they did not remove the table or stop people from sitting at it after the incident. Nobody came out to check if my daughter was alright, or indeed if we were alright, after the ice compress that was offered arrived. The owner came out and watched as slight pressure was put on the table edge. The three empty plates that were haphazardly stacked on the table toppled and the owner caught them! The owner then apologised to my daughter but offered nothing with the exception of a 2nd ice compress. Nothing constructive was suggested or given in the way of rectifying the situation, even though the meal had been ruined. Very disappointing, given that we are valued customers who are on first-name terms with the staff, and even she acknowledged that we were frequent customers of Enzo’s. As we were talking, we discovered that another part of the table leg had fallen off, which we handed to her. She said that some new parts for the tables were coming on Friday, which sadly doesn’t do anything to help my daughter’s leg today – Wednesday! – equally, she did not remove the table. Customers even began to sit at it again as we were leaving. She ended the conversation by saying that “if you have to have any treatment, let me know”. I don’t even know what this is supposed to mean, given that, after we left, we realised that an accident form surely should have been filled in but was not.

Moving forwards, some things that really need to be IMMEDIATLEY addressed, so this does not happen again: Firstly, get other (safe) tables or fix the current ones immediately. Those tables should NOT have been left in that state for the months that they have. Secondly, despite being a Wednesday afternoon, the staff were clearly overwhelmed as waitresses we know well and get on well with were run off their feet under the volume of people they were serving. Lastly, the reason for going out for a meal is to have an enjoyable time, that is relaxing. If basic health and safety requirements are not met, then what the customer is paying for is null and void. Customers pay for experience as much as they do also pay for the food. The experience we received today was definitely appalling and not what you would expect from a reputable business in a town like Nantwich. If a business wants to survive in a competitive arena, then it needs to prioritise customer experience as much as the quality of...

Been here lots of times prior to covid, always been lovely with great food and a nice atmopshere. Today was the first time in about 18 months but whilst in Nantwich we decided to pop in for lunch. We spent almost £60 but when I took out my coffee loyalty card that would have knocked 1 hot drink off the bill, the staff simply said they didn't take them anymore and seemed put out by me trying to use the fully stamped card. Wheres the loyalty after spending so much in the past and at todays visit? Surely a teaspoon of coffee and a bit of hot water wouldn't have eaten into their profits but rather this has left me disappointed and not wanting to return of recommend! If they don't do these cards any more why not accept it this once and then say we no longer offer a rewards system? How was I supposed to know having not visited due to the pandemic? Appreciate covid has affected businesses but surely they could have dealt with this better and had a system in place for the few customers like me who had earned a free drink but can no longer redeem there card.

On a separate matter the service was lacking and slow, staff weren't the usual smiley happy upbeat people I'm used to seeing on previous visits. The crust on one pizza was burnt to a crisp and the cookies were rock hard. Based on todays visit alone I think 2 stars is being generous and the food / service wasn't up to the price we paid. It wasn't overly busy so maybe others feel the same of late? A real shame as this has always been the place we eat when in town. As requested by owner, photo and email sent...
