Noodle Stop — Restaurant in England

I work in retail and I would never speak to my customers the way the supervisor spoke to me and my colleague today. My colleague who is 17 years old on her break got the regular size with 1 topping and she felt the chicken wasn't cooked properly and as we all know if chicken or meat isn't cooked properly you could get food poisoning. She asked me to go back there with her and ask for a refund or exchange. As today is a Bank Holiday Monday they were busy and the supervisor said they don't have a refund policy (which I find hard to believe) then she said "my manager said not to give refund" so my colleague said "OK can we exchange" the supervisor said yes but then made her pay again and said I'm not going to give you free food and was really rude and made mean facial expressions and was shouting at my 17 year old colleague who nearly started crying cause of her behaviour. Absolutely disgusted with this company, my 9 year old daughter was approached by a man who worked there and told to “ MOVE and get off the table” while I queued for our food, I asked the man why she couldn’t sit there as I was ordering and he said she’s not allowed as she had a burger wrapper (from a different place) I explained she was just holding the bag and we were both getting noodles but the man said she couldn’t sit down. I said if we both can’t sit down to eat our noodles then I won’t be ordering food. The man replied with “see you later”

Spoke to them again 2 days later, to make a complaint when I arrived a lady was sat at the table eating a McDonald’s. I asked why that lady could sit there and my daughter was asked to move (even though my daughter wasn’t eating) and I was told that it isn’t my business and to leave!

Terrible customer service, very rude and will never use this...

Awful! Eaten here regularly before and food has been nice. Just bought 2 noodle boxes with toppings...one of which was inedible with the Salt! I went back to the lady serving and politely told her that I couldn't eat it due to the salt...she said that noone had complained all day and that there was nothing she could do. She wouldn't it change it nor can she refund. Her manner was very rude and like she did not care.

I left the box on the counter to go and speak to my husband and she threw it in the bin! My husband then approach her and was rightly angry and asked her why she did that as we'd paid for it and why she won't change it or refund. The lady then said 'I don't care' to which my husband responded by using an expletive (not right but understandable given the situation).
