Yo I can’t even front. I love this place. The amount of times that the heavenly pairing of Tortilla and Deliveroo have saved my tanned hide from a long, painful death by brutal hangover and come down is now a mystery because your boy Big Dave just be balling out on these tubular Mexican delights on the regs. A large burrito really is large; it resembles the cylindrical pillow that Daniel lays Mr Miyagi’s head on after he’s drunk all that Henny. As a matter of fact, if Tortila could make me a burrito bed with the aforementioned pillows and wraps for sheets then I would sleep like a baby and also be able to eat my bed which Isn’t a concept I’ve considered before but is now at the forefront of my MEDULA OBLONGATA. I actually went in the place for the first time with my boy Chip Toothed T in the middle of a heavy Friday session. I wasn’t feeling hungry but I also hadn’t eaten; to be honest I’d spent too much time with Brittney and Christina already which, in hindsight, was a bad move. However, I am a boss and I’m stacking paper to the wainscoting so I got busy and then went to eat the Mexican meat pillow (pause). The girl who served me was very nice and helpful and was also smoking hot; I waited for a receipt and I was going to ask her to write her number on it but no receipt – no dice. Gutted. I’ma go back in there and get those digits though. You know...
Read moreI recently visited Tortilla in Brighton and was absolutely blown away by the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a fantastic meal.
The menu offers a wonderful variety of options, catering to both meat lovers and vegetarians alike. I opted for the classic chicken burrito, and it did not disappoint. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and generously portioned. The customizable options allowed me to create a burrito that was exactly to my liking, with a great balance of rice, beans, salsa, and guacamole.
What truly sets Tortilla apart is their commitment to authenticity. The flavors transported me straight to Mexico, with every bite bursting with traditional tastes. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their food, happily offering recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect.
The atmosphere at Tortilla is vibrant and fun, making it a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner with friends. The service was quick and efficient, even during a busy lunchtime rush, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, Tortilla in Brighton is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious, authentic Mexican food. I will definitely be returning soon to try more of their menu!...

Having ordered 2 burritos (1 chicken and 1 jackfruit), nachos and Diet Coke at 8pm, I have received a voice mail at 8.30pm to let me know they run out of jackfruit and would give me a substitute of courgette and onions.
Bare in mind, as per website, the meal was supposed to be delivered between 20-30min, so it was already late. I have tried to call them back to stop my burrito because I hate courgettes and not a big fan of onions either.
The line was constantly engaged and couldn’t go through. 15 mins later delivery came.
The Diet Coke was missing and my burrito came as a bowl. Honestly, bowl with bit of rice, lettuce and guacamole, definitely not worth the £10. I have ordered burrito with substantial items.
My boyfriend managed to call the restaurant to tell them about mistake. We were told they would send an extra burrito.
Which they did. It came at 9.10pm (so 1hr 10min after my initial order), FRIDGE COLD!!!! Overloaded with cheese and missing guacamole. They have sent a bag of nachos with written message “sorry”, which I find lame. I didn’t want any extra food (it got wasted as was too much). I just wanted the food I ordered, cooked in the right way and delivered within the time frame given. Diet...
