let me tell u all about my experience here. its a nice tuesday afternoon and im here with my brother and my mom. we come in and sit at the table, and order some basic ice cream and a little waffle, and so we wait. the waiting time isnt too bad, but guess what. they bring the WRONG ice cream. thats not the worst part. after that i realise... wait... my waffle. its missing. whats taking so long...? and then i realise how long its been. i ask the waiter about my order and guess. what. they also messed it up, they quote on quote "forgot it"! and so im sitting here, upset and hungry without my waffle, and im not the only upset customer may i add, as they also messed up the ice cream. now, after this all happened, were consulting with the staff on refunds and how to deal with this, and i havent lost my patience yet, im a really kind person. the waiter comes up and we ask for a refund, and the waiter. OHHH THE WAITER. LISTEN TO THIS. the waiter starts accusing US of ordering the wrong ice cream and waffle! the sheer audacity, after ive been waiting for my waffle for almost half an hour. still i speak to this lady so kindly and patiently, and guess what! this lady actually starts giving me and my mom an attitude, being actually rude to their CLIENTS. this is actually unbelievable and outrageous, after messing up our own order. mind you this is the restaurants STAFF. Read moreThe service was absolutely horrible. We went today (12/9/24) and whoever did the rota for that day was horrible, the woman that was serving us was by herself, and usually i’m very calm and understanding with customer service as I also work in customer service, however I have also been alone on a shift and I have NEVER EVER been so rude to customers, no matter my mood. I was being respectful and very patient and I was met with 0 respect as a customer. She also did not look as though she was in a rush, we saw a group of 5 people coming in and it must have taken them about 15 minutes to be recognised by her bearing in mind she was kind of wandering around not doing much and if she was doing something it would take her an extremely long time.
As for the food, it was fine, nothing very special, however when eating some ice cream, i found something blue in it? i’m assuming it’s a different flavour of ice cream but that shows that they aren’t cleaning the scoops that they are using. We also saw the server take the waffle out with her bare hands, no gloves or anything and i definitely hadn’t seen her wash her hands within the last 5-10 minutes.

Took forever to compile four sundaes, one arrived ok but the other three some time after, to the point that it had taken so long to arrive that two of the three almost identified as milkshakes!
Had to ask for serviettes and was begrudgingly given four which were physically counted out on the counter. You would have expected that after spending £40 on ice creams they would have at least come with a serviette or two, especially as there was as much ice cream on the outside of the glasses and on the table as there was in the glasses!
No noticeable air-con, place was hot and sticky (much like the tables) which you’d think was strange considering they deal in frozen food stuffs.
Watch out for the mat on the way in, it overhangs the step and catches your foot… I speak from experience as I went flying. If I hadn’t followed someone in I probably would’ve crashed through the door.
